Appartement met basic inrichting op goede locatie

Goede uitvalsbasis voor het maken van (dagtrips). De inrichting is teruggebracht naar het elementaire. Het ontbreekt aan enig comfort (de 2-zits bank mits het onderstel/poten). Dit hebben we gemeld aan de eigenaar. Haar reactie was dat wij de betekenis van comfort anders uitleggen dan dat zij dat doet. De tuin is een woestenij, het tuinmeubilair verrot/verroest. De eigenaar woont niet in Bolsano en hebben wij niet persoonlijk kunnen spreken. Een goede vriendin van de eigenaar heeft het ontvangst verzorgd, helaas sprak ze alleen Italiaans, dat maakte het communiceren vrijwel onmogelijk.

Zimmer mit Aussicht auf den Bolsenasee

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Bolsena. Die Wohnung hat Charme. Sie ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an Nichts. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Rossana (einer Freundin der Vermieter) Willkommen geheissen. Den Blick auf den See konnten wir tags und nachts genießen. Cristina und Enrico haben sich um unser Wohl gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Agnes und Christian aus Köln

Very quiet and rustic apartment with a beautiful lake view

I really enjoyed our stay in Bolsena. The apartment is very rustic and the town is very quiet. The one complaint amongst some in our group was that there was no A/C but we knew this going into the stay. The hot, humid nights will not be for every one. If you don't need the creature comforts of America this is a great place to stay. The view from the apartment of the lake can not be beat, especially during a full moon. The lake is close, cool, and an absolute must on a hot day. The 'downtown' area has great local shopping with very helpful and friendly locals. We found a lot of souvenirs while there. Please note that this is a small town and the siesta is a way of life so plan your time accordingly. The owners were very nice and communication was great during the whole stay. If you are looking for a break after being in Rome or another busy area of Italy this is definitely a place to consider.

Italien wie früher

Eine sehr gut gelegene und tradtionell eingerichtete Wohnung mitten unter den Bewohnern. Sehr warmherziger und problemloser Empfang/ checkin durch die Nachbarn. Die Aussicht vom Balkon hat definitiv 10 Sterne und Bolsena ist zwar touristisch gut erschlossen hat aber den dörflichen charme dabei nicht verloren. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und einen erneuten Besuch wert. Danke an Enrico und Christina Bodo znd Sabine aus Düsseldorf

Cristina and Enrico were excellent hosts. Very responsive. The views from the apartment were wonderful and the walk to Bolsena 10 minutes as stated. Parking outside of the apartment was a bonus.

Wunderbarer Blick auf den Bolsena See

Nette, naturnah eingerichtete Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen, die herrliche Aussichten auf die Burg bzw auf den See ermöglichten. Die Vermieter haben sich per WhatsApp um alles Nötige gekümmert und vor Ort wurden wir von Nachbarn freundlich empfangen! Die Altstadt von Bolsena und der See sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte

Traumhaft schöne Ferienwohnung

Traumhafter Blick auf den See und die Umgebung aus der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Als Außenbereich stehen sowohl Balkone als auch ein kleiner Garten mit Sitzplatz zur Verfügung. Bolsena ist ein nettes belebtes kleines Städtchen und die Wohnung ist fußläufig nicht weit bis zum See gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

RELAX E PACE

Posto bellissimo e dal vivo è ancora meglio! Io e il mio compagno abbiamo trascorso un weekend fantastico, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa e la vista sul lago ci ha trasmesso una sensazione di pace talmente forte che ci siamo fermati un giorno in più! Gli host sono disponibili e gentilissimi, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla, persone squisite. Non volevamo più andarcene e siamo sicuri di ritornare :)

Owner availability and amazing location

In the title I've summarized the 2 most impressive features of this booking. Communication and availability of Cristina and Enrico has been incredible, I've had a personal issue during this vacation and they've done everything possible to satisfy my needs. Location is comfortable, with an amazing view and extremely close to Bolsena lake itself, i could not suggest anything better. Thanks again for your availability and support, really. La finestra sul lago

Uno scorcio di pace e tranquillita sul verde delle colline, l'azzurro del lago, i rossi e i gialli delle albe e dei tramonti. Una casa di famiglia nella quale ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio. Il silenzio interrotto solo dal vento che nelle prime due sere e notti ha ululato attorno alla casa trasformato però in un canto attutito dal tepore dell'ambiente, dalle luci soffuse e dal piumino morbidissimo sotto il quale ci siamo rifugiati. Cristina ed Enrico molto disponibili e presenti in caso di necessità. Ci siamo sentiti ospitati come se ci conoscessimo anche se in realta non ci siamo mai visti. Carinissima idea ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di Merlot rosso e biscottini . Consigliato assolutamente per chi cerca un luogo tranquillo in cui riposarsi dopo una lunga giornata di visite e camminate in posti assolutamente stupendi come abbiamo visitato noi. Disponibili in casa biancherie varie come asciugamani lenzuola tovaglie stoviglie ecc e anche una raccolta di suggerimenti di itinerari per chi non avesse bene idea di cosa visitare nei dintorni. Una bella libreria a disposizione degli ospiti e anche un bel camino che noi però non abbiamo utilizzato ,un grande abbraccio

Lovely view of the lake

Great location on the outskirts of Bolsena overlooking lake, countryside and town, panoramic views, set in a neighbourhood of apartments and individual homes. Well located for sightseeing opportunities in Tuscany, Umbria, Rome. Hosts Enrico and Cristina are incredibly helpful and kind, so solicitous for our wellbeing and enjoyment.

A wonderful flat and very heartily welcome

A very nice flat and the view and the scenery is a perfect dream. Enrico and Cristina were not at the place while we stayed in their flat, but we have had a very friendly and helpfully contact by whatsapp and their friends and neighbours rosanna and massimo where allways helpful at our side, when needed. Amazing Place!!

We are travelling a lot But this Place was one of the best Spots we have been to. The flat with the view is breathtakingly Beautiful and the Style is very tasteful. Cristina and Enrico are very nice people who take care of their guests. Also really recommended for travelling with children, our 2 Kids (5 and 7 years old) loved it!! wunderbare Ferienwohnung am Bolsenersee

Für uns war die wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um das wunderschöne und vor allem für an der Kultur der Etrusker interessierte Leute sehr interessante Gebiet um den Bolsenersee zu erkunden. (sehr aufregende alte Städte auf Tufffelsen und die erstaunlichen Nekropolen der Etrusker) Die Wohnung bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Bolsenasee. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in Bolsena

Diese Wohnung ist einfach perfekt! Die Lage oberhalb des Ortes bietet tolle Ausblicke in alle Richtungen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber Enrico und Cristina sind sehr nett, sehr unkompliziert und sehr daran interessiert ihren Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bieten. A great time in Bolsena!

We were very welcomed by Cristina & Enrico, very nice hosts who are always there for you. The apartment was beautiful with a stunning view over the fantastic lake. Unfortunately we did not see much of the village itself, we were with family at a nearby campsite and were also in Rome for 2 more days. We were in the middle of the local Italians. From one of them we even got hands full of tomatoes, how nice. Who knows, maybe we'll come back here again. Thanks again dear Cristina & Enrico! Fam Buijs, Beverwijk.
