"Apartamento muy bien ubicado en la zona antigua de Bolonia a 10 minutos andando de la plaza central y a 20 min de la estación. Típica Calle con porches, animada. Piso silencioso, da a patio interior. Bien de calefacción que te puedes regular. Salón comedor, cocina y dormitorio y baño principal muy amplios."

Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. When we called her again a little later first she wouldn’t pick up, then proceeded to yell at us. At this point we just left the apartment and checked into a different hotel. "Great appartment in a nice and quiet area close to Bologna city center. It was really clean and comfortable. All renewed. Nice terraces. Silvia was really kind and helpful. It was a pleasure to arrange everything direclty with her. We found there all that we were looking for. Easy to booking, easy check-in."

"Great communication by owner up until arrival. Once issues were idetfied and arose it became sporradic and no one showed up to take care of the issues. Apartment was not cleaned for what seems like weeks prior our arrival. Really filthy. Once escalated we had to stay behind and deal with cleaning staff ourselves rather than owner. Couch/bed was broken upon arrival and never fixed. So listed three beds were never actually available."
