As per the other reviews Tanja was an exceptional host, by far the best I have had. She met us when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and also provided great information about Bologna and the areas we wanted to see. She checked in on us over our 3 days and was more than willing to help with anything we needed. The apartment was great and as advertised. Highly recommend.

Great place, great host, great location, great city

A great stay, 5 star. Tanja is lovely and incredibly helpful. The property is high spec and clean. I’ve given 5 stars as the stay was great and brilliantly hosted. The two bedrooms are huge and spacious, the kitchen and living room are not huge though. However I still give 5 stars because the experience was great and Tanja is the best host I have ever come across.

A wonderful hostess in a perfect location

Tanja’s apartment was absolutely lovely, spotless, comfortable yet stylish, and plenty of space for the 3 of us. It is located in the city center but in a quiet location and a very quiet building. She had prepared a crib, changing station, and bath station for our baby, which was more than we could have hoped for and made otherwise stressful international travel with an infant so much easier. She was always available for questions and one of the most hospitable hosts we’ve had during our travels. We would absolutely return and chose her apartment again!

Incredible weekend in Bologna!

We were visiting my oldest daughter, who is studying in Florence, and decided to spend the weekend in Bologna.Tanja was incredibly welcoming and was very communicative with us regarding the check in process.My husband, youngest daughter and me were tired & hungry after our international flight. Tanja surprised us with aperitivo which we thoroughly enjoyed. The apartment is in a beautiful old palace of a former silk merchant. Even though we were in central Bologna, the property was incredibly quiet because it is inward, facing a courtyard vs the street. Tanja provided excellent recommendations of foods to eat, sites to visit, etc . She was also flexible with us regarding checkout since no one checking in the day we left. I highly recommend Bologna & highly recommend this property. Everything f was clean, updated and you cannot beat the location or Tanja’s hospitality!

Fantastic historic location, fabulous host

My sister and a friend stayed in Tanja's exceptionally tranquil and historic palazzo apartment. We couldn't have asked for a better apartment in such a central location - around the corner from the buzz of Piazza Maggiore and Santa Stefano Basilica. Yet the apartment was quiet, safe and peaceful - a haven. The interior was tastefully decorated with contemporary modern fixtures and fittings. This is reflected in the completely accurate photos. Our host Tanja was absolutely amazing. Throughout our dealings with her, she was quick to respond. She was extremely enthusiastic, highly informative and gave us fantastic recommendations for places to eat, food to taste, culture and travel. When we needed help to visit places off the main tourist track, she was immediately there to advise us on the best routes and transport. We had a truly memorable holiday, visiting churches, monuments, museums, exhibitions and attending concerts, eating wonderful food. When we wished for some home-cooking there were supermarkets close by and the wonderful Mercato delle Erbe within walking distance. I can highly recommend Tanja's apartment. We travel a lot and can say that this was the best apartment we have been to. Ci vediamo!

Wonderful

This was a beautiful apartment in a wonderful building. The location could not be any better. Manager was so nice and helpful. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was spacious. A few steps but you need the exercise after all the fabulous foods in Bologna.

Perfection in Bologna

Right in the center of Bologna, this apartment was everything we wanted, needed and so much more! Tanja was a very responsive and helpful host, very friendly and accommodating. Just a beautiful restored apartment in the heart of Bologna.

We managed to book this apartment after a fiasco with another property the night before (no AC in June). The owner was simply wonderful and accommodating to get us in for the next few nights. Super cute, quiet, and updated. Kitchen was well stocked. The location was amazing and everything was just wonderful. Would highly recommend.
