The villa is in an amazing location. The views of the valley are so picturesque. Sylvia was a perfect host. Everything is as advertised. I only wish we had spent more time at the house. We used it as a base for Imola F1 race. If races are re-established at Imola we will definitely come back. Highly recommend and we would love to visit again.

This is one of the most gorgeous rental properties we have ever stayed at! La Pacifica IS very peaceful. My husband and I stayed here for 3 days and we did not want to leave on checkout day!! Our hostess Silvia is so very gracious and she thought of everything! The home is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. Both bedrooms and living room have air conditioning and there is an automatic awning over the sunny side of the house patio keeps the living space from heating up too much. Beautiful large picture windows overlooking the picturesque countryside grace the living room and master bedroom. Water pressure is good in both bathrooms and Silvia provided everything needed and plenty of towels too! It is the perfect place to relax at night after touring nearby towns like historic Bologna and Modena. There are multiple coffee pots and coffee is provided. We didn’t want to cook but if we dis, kitchen is well supplied for it! We were so lucky to see a fox stroll by the big picture window in the living room around dusk on our first night! Silvia met us at the house upon arrival and showed us everything. We had total jet lag and were so grateful for her hospitality! She also met us when we checked out, she is a lovely woman with a great personality and talented decorating skills. Also very caring to provide what you might need during your stay. If you are lucky enough to stay at this very special place, then you will be very blesses indeed. Grazie mille, Silvia!

Silvia has been very accomodating and welcoming.We enjoyed her beautiful and quiet cottage. Our dog loved it as well, the property is fully fenced.The view from the living room is fantastic and the one from the bedroom even more.The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is very comfortable with quality linens and the two sofas are very relaxing.I would recommend it to anyone who would like some relax and visit the surroundings.

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa, especially being in the countryside, up winding country lanes. It was delightful to sit outside in the early autumn evenings, looking out over the view. There are other villas close by, so we did not feel isolated, but we were private. All amenities were provided and we were comfortable. Good hot water! We used the town of Sasso Marconi for our food and supplies, which worked well. Sylvia is a most attentive and responsive host.

The house is situated in complete peace and quiet away from noise and traffic. Nevertheless, you can be in Bologna in a short time. The ground floor and the upper floor have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped. The internet works perfectly. The supermarket is not far away by car. There are numerous good restaurants in the surrounding area. The property is completely fenced. Our little dog could run around freely. Silvia and her husband are very friendly and always helpful and available. We have booked again for 2025.

Es hat wirklich alles gepasst, hinzufügen kann man doch, dass an den Fenstern Moskitonetze angebracht sind. Das hält die Mücken ab. Silvia ist eine sehr tolle Gastgeberin.

Wir haben sehr schöne 2 Wochen hier verbracht. Das Haus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war genau wie beschrieben und noch mehr, als ob man in eigenes Ferienhaus gekommen wäre. Die Küche mehr als genug ausgestattet. Wäsche und Küchentücher, Tischdecken u.s.w. reichlich vorhanden. Das Grundstück komplett umzäunt. Unserer kleiner Hund hat sich sehr voll gefüllt. Die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit falls was wäre und stets telefonisch erreichbar aber wir hatten keinen Grund sie zu bemühen. Volle Punktezahl und wärmstens zu empfehlen. We couldn't have been happier with this booking. Sylvia was an amazing host who gave us wonderful tips on parking in Bologna and the house was more amazing than the pictures. The scenic views and peacefulness of the house are something that needs to be seen and experienced in person. We had the best time and were sad to leave. Definitely recommending this to anyone we know who may visit Bologna one day. Thank you, Sylvia and Giovanni.

The Villa was just as the pictures and description indicate. Such a beautiful setting and well-appointed villa. Quiet and efficient air conditioning on both floors was such a plus. As Americans, we also loved that there were screens on the windows! Silvia was a gracious and generous host. She helped us find our way around closed roads, surprised us with a bottle of Lambrusco and waters, and even helped me pay my toll bill. We traveled all over Emilia Romagna and felt at home every night upon our return. We definitely and highly recommend this lovely villa!

Das Haus lädt zum sofortigen Wohlfühlen ein und ist mehr als gut ausgestattet. Der Empfang war herzlich und wir wurden mit allen notwendigen Informationen und Tipps durch Silvia versorgt. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir das Haus am Abreisetag noch bis zum späten Nachmittag nutzen durften. So konnten wir noch entspannt einen wunderbaren Tag in Bologna verbringen, das tatsächlich in nur 20 Autominuten zu erreichen ist. Wir würden diese Oase jederzeit wieder buchen.

We were looking for a central location where we could day trip from and it was perfect for that. Easy access to Bologna Centrale train station. It was a nice quiet place to come back to at night after busy days in big cities. Silvia and Giovanni were very helpful and kind. The house had everything we needed.

My wife and I and another couple stayed 4 nights in this fantastic home, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views are fantastic, especially from the family room and the primary bedroom, where it looks like you're almost living outside. The living room is furnished with 2 awesome oversized couches which are incredibly comfortable. There were many thoughtful touches throughout, and the extensive documentation about how to use the various appliances and other equipment, as well as details of nearby areas, were incredibly helpful. And while it is in a mountainous rural location, it was only 10-20 minutes to a good number of excellent restaurants, and an easy 20 minutes to Bologna. Communication with Sylvia was easy and she always responded quickly. And she was extremely understanding and helpful. We accidentally broke a glass shelf in the refrigerator and felt terribly about it, but Sylvia said not to worry about it and simply went about ordering a replacement (which we of course paid for). She also went above and beyond when our rental car broke down and we were stranded, she offered to have a family member come pick us up (we ended up finally being able to get an Uber, but really appreciated her willingness to help). If we're ever in the area again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay in Sylvia's place again.
