Hotel fuera de lo común .
Hotel espectacular. Ha mejorado todas las espectativas que podría tener. Habitación increíble, lobby y zona de desayuno ídem, personal lobby profesionales y muy amables, siempre pendiente de uno.

Maravilloso hotel con mucho encanto y personal muy amable. Desayuno muy bueno con zumo de naranja natural que puedes hacerte en el momento. Muy bien situado. Habitaciones muy cómodas con todo tipo de amenities y muy silenciosas. Un lujo.

Excelente ubicación, limpieza y muy buen desayuno
Todo muy bien, cuando lo reservé advirtieron que es de cuatro estrellas, pero yo lo considero que cumple en todo para lograr las vinci estrellas. Sin embargo , algo que está fuera de su control, para llegar al hotel es un verdadero lío con el tráfico de los alrededores, pero les llamé por teléfono cuando estaba en aprietos y ellos estuvieron muy serviciales .

Un santuario para el viajero
Estoy en Italia por trabajo pero tuve unos días de descanso y decidí aventurarme a Bolonia. El viaje fue poco planeado. Al llegar al hotel encontré un espacio elegante y con un ambiente de tranquilidad. Bolonia es una ciudad vibrante. El hotel es un pequeño oasis de calma que le al viajero un santuario después de un día lleno de actividades. Es un hotel muy agradable con habitaciones elegantes y clásicas. Está ubicado cerca de museos y sitios de interés. Además a unos cuantos minutos a pie de tiendas de moda, novedades y antiguedades. El desayuno es bueno y la atención es excelente.

En un verdadero Palacio en el centro de Bolonia
Todo de primera, en el centro mismo de Bolonia, en la zona peatonal, llegar en auto no es problema pero debe quedar guardado ya que no lo ocuparas, estuvimos 2 días y 2 noches, de príncipes, bien atendidos, habitaciones excelentes, vista a la calle y las casas del frente, baño buenísimo...desayuno excelente, servicio impecable, se encargaron de estacionarnos el auto y traerlo el día del check out, naturalmente pagando el estacionamiento, algo así como 34 euros diario.

The property was in a great location. It was central to everything but just off the main drag. The staff was very friendly. Although small, the room was very nicely renovated and in good shape. The bathroom was large but the heat in it didn’t work and it was freezing in the morning. I would have rated the hotel higher if not for this.

The hotel staff was so helpful with dining recommendations, taxis, etc. The bar and restaurant were excellent.

Very good Hotel, central location, near shops, restaurants and bars. Close to pedestrian streets and Piazza Maggiore Clean, lovely rooms. Did not try breakfast as too expensive.
