Molt bon lloc , ben situat , al costat de les torres .Ambient molt agradable i tranquil , esmorzar correcte amb una mica de tot , el cafè boníssim .Les noies de recepció molt amables , en especial la Serena , que és amb qui vam tenir més tracte .Ens van donar l' habitació abans de l 'hora , a mig matí , i també ens van guardar l'equipatge fins a l ' hora de marxar .Lloc ideal per passar uns dies a la preciosa Bolonya .

Buenisimo en todos los sentidos
ciertamente satisfactorio, desde el trato de recibida, la habitación, limpieza, desayuno.... todo perfecto. Lo único lo complicado para aparcar, pero en lo que tiene que ver con el alojamiento, inmejorable.

Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.

The hotel has a very private atmosphere what we really estimated. It was very clean and quiet. Perfect for us. The only what could be better is the breakfast what was every day just simple and always excactely the same.

If location is your main concern this is perfect. Every possible thing you might want to see the historic center of Bologna is within easy walking distance. Also the size of a typical hotel room and the bed and bathroom facilities were fine. However, I got a cold shower every time. I asked the staff to fix this and they said let’s go in your room I ran the faucet and the water was hot for them. Then I jumped in the shower and halfway through it turned ice cold. I don’t know why maybe somebody else is there hot water and their system is just insufficient. The hair rose on my back, but what could I do? I finished my ice, cold shower that day, and every other day I was in the facility four days total. There was a good safe in the room, a well sized closet, comfortable bed, but no refrigerator.

The two tower palazzo near 051 are in repair (and will be for years). This creates a problem for car service and foot traffic that cause crowds, dirt, and noise. Additionally, the location was VERY difficult to find and the streets/numbers are not well marked. The room was clean and beautiful, however, located in the back of the building where its windows open onto a shared-rooftop (not for a woman traveling solo). The best part was the staff! Kind and willing to go the distance to be of service.

Excellent breakfast with freshly baked croissants, Nespresso coffee in the breakfast area. The room is in a luxury flat, in the historic center, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. There can be significant commercial street noise both from delivery trucks and from waste collection.

Cute, beautiful and comfy in Bologna
We stayed in this cute hotel in Bologna on a whim, just one night on our way through. We were very tired from a long day of travel and were met by a lovely receptionist who showed us all the details of the hotel, breakfast, locks, snacks and so on. We were brought up to her "favorite" room, which turned out to be a beautiful, suite-like room with a wonderfully comfortable bed, a cute view of the roof-tops of Bologna, and very sound-proof, good doors and walls. The room was beautifully furnished and the bathroom was gorgeous. All in all 10 out of 10!

Hotellet var rent, låg på utmärkt läge och det var smidig check-in. Personalen var helt suverän, välkomnande och mycket hjälpsamma! Däremot var hotellet väldigt lyhört, ventilationen funkade dåligt och det luktade ofta instängt

The property is pretty but there was not much of an atmosphere & at breakfast time it was too silent in the eating area, not much of a selection for breakfast. It is a convenient loation which was the main reason for booking this stay.

I have mixed feelings about this place. It was centrally located and had a whimsical reception area with books and teacups suspended from the ceiling in a warm atmosphere. The breakfast was good and even had a couple gluten free items. But our room down the hall was really damp feeling and my mold allergies were starting to kick in. I'm glad we only spent one night there because it would have been a big problem.

The hospitality by property was outstanding. They welcomed us with open arms. The only negative is the noise on the street at night but that is everywhere in Bologna. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the team for making our stay so special.

So many wonderful things to say about this b&b! The location - Steps from everything! The room - Lovely and comfortable. The staff - Very friendly and welcoming (have to mention the amazing communication with the b&b which began before our stay when they reached out via wattsapp with instructions and tips on parking etc.) A big thank you to them also for finding our passports in the room safe and messaging us straight away yo say they had them safely tucked away for us. Breakfast - Beautiful and plentiful continental breakfast and great coffee! Thank you 051, We look forward to staying here on our next visit to Bologna, you’re a true gem in beautiful Bologna

The 051 apartments are a boutique style grouping of 4-5 quiet rooms in what was a large city apartment with a shared breakfast area. About the most convenient location you could ask for to main city attractions steps away and more convenient than most hotels in the area. Air conditioning worked well. Self serve Breakfast was very good and enough to satisfy most. Laura the front desk specialist was extremely helpful and attentive with directions and suggestions. Reminder that this is not a full service hotel, but who needs that when this is so charming and convenient.

Bra hotell med knasig inredning men i perfekt läge
Bra hotell i perfekt central läge som gör att allt är väldigt lättillgängligt. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten var OK men väldigt mycket socker i de flesta produkter och lite mer naturliga produkter vore toppen. Knasig, rolig och udda inredning i receptionen.

The location is great. You are right in the city center. Property condition and cleanliness weren't the best, it needed maintenance. The room was not sound proof, and we could hear the people in the hallway and in the next room. The breakfast was weak, too little options. You also need to fill in forms and answer some messages before arriving to property, which we found a little cumbersome.

I am so glad I decided to stay here for two nights! I had considered staying near the train station for convenience, but it was so worth the extra cost to stay right in the heart of Bologna. You could easily walk to all parts of the historic center / market area within minutes and it is very close to the bus lines. The room was very comfortable and they had a good breakfast variety. The staff were super friendly and helpful. In fact, I panicked because I was running late for check in due to extreme rain and a total lack of taxis at the train station. One of the staff helped me via WhatsApp figure out the bus to take and which stop to get off so I could get to the property. She was very patient and kind even though I got there about 10 minutes past the end of check in. As I was checking out, I didn’t have much time to eat breakfast, so a different staff member packed me a little to-go bag. I was really impressed with their personal attention and their efforts to go above and beyond to make my time in Bologna enjoyable. I highly recommend!

We were only here for 1 night but the staff was very helpful to answer our questions. The common area is very comfortable for having a coffee or making tea. Location is great for convenience but we stayed on a Sat night, so the noise level was fairly high.

We are happy that you liked our common area with the conforts we have, I'm sorry if the noise has disturbed you, unfortunatly we are in the heart of Bologna, so on Saturday they might be more noises from outside then usual. Never stayed in a B&B and was surprised they really accommodated us for our long stay. Great location and with buses right in front also really ease to get to the train station.

Great spot in central Bologna
We were only in Bologna for a single night, so wanted somewhere central. The bed and breakfast was easy to find with the directions provided and was really lovely inside. The decor was great and the rooms comfortable with everything we needed. We had breakfast in the morning which was also excellent. The team were really helpful, both in advance of our stay, allowing us to arrive a little early to leave our bags, and similarly when we left. I would highly recommend.
