The home was for the most part comfortable. The trash barrels were full ehen i arrived. There is one just towel for every guest. No extras in home. There was a ping pong table that i was excited to see. Yet when wanted to play i found all balls had been cut and hung up on peg board making them totally useless. Very hot up stairs and very cold downstairs. All workable issues but issues none the less. Alot of rules and threats of large added charges for a lets say , average home.

Nice house, dicey neighborhood, horrible booking experience

We booked this house as we were coming to Boise to celebrate our son’s birthday, We were bringing dogs, which we indicated. We chose this house because it had a large fenced yard. After excruciating booking process where the owners wanted selfies with our ID’s and a picture of our CC and an exorbitant pet fee, multiple calls to VRBO because we thought we were being scammed, things were settled. The house was beautiful, although most lamps didn’t work-not plugged in or lightbulbs were out. The exterior of the house was sad with a weed filled yard and planters filled with dead plants. Could not open the drapes because every house in the hood had broken down cars, garbage, lumber, and car parts littering their yards. The fenced yard (which we wanted for our dogs) was not. The gate had been torn off and was leaning against the side of the house. Didn’t someone walk the property before we rented???? The property management group responded quickly and were very nice-they said they would look into it. Did not help us on this trip. Disappointed and since we travel to Boise monthly, we will not be staying at this property again.

Everything was very nice and the house is well decorated. The only thing I did not like was the media tech. I was expecting basic cable would be available, and ig was not or I was able to figure it out. Instructions on how to operate the media was not provided.Everything looked

Great layout and spacious living amenities. Actually a great entertaining home. Appreciative of owner allowing us to have son’s wedding party conduct their rehearsal on site. Enjoyed it’s proximity to shopping, downtown and restaurants.

I have stayed at many rental properties before but I was simply shocked at how well thought out this property was. There literally was nothing missing … well other than a meat thermometer… haha … it was super incredibly clean … dishes and kitchen utensils were spectacular….plenty to have friends over. New Ping pong table we loved playing …this is what you look for when renting!! I WILL be back! Thank you!!

Very Nice Rental

House was very nice. You can tell it was recently updated. All bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was very nice. 5 minutes away from Boise Spectrum shopping and a Costco. About 15 min to downtown Boise and all the local activities. The neighborhood was just ok. It was a quiet neighborhood, but definitely not the nicest area, but never felt like it was unsafe. Would definitely stay here again for the price point

Very nice house,everything with the house was nice. One complaint, the front walk is a real hazard for folks with limited mobility. Stepping from one concrete slab to another is not safe. Every person that used it commented negatively on the safety issues.

Great house

We enjoyed our stay while visiting relatives. The kitchen was fabulous. We had people over for dinner a couple of nights and grilled. There were plenty of dishes, pans, etc to cook a large meal. Didnt realize the house is split level and no bedroom or bathroom on the main floor. Otherwise, worked well for our needs. Easy check in and check out.

A Maverick 4th of July

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Maverick property in Boise. The house has a great modern/mid-century vibe. The kitchen is very well appointed and we loved grilling. Bathrooms are clean and modern. The location makes it easy to get downtown (where we enjoyed the 4th of July parade and Capitol) as well as easy access to Eagle & Meridian. I definitely recommend checking out the Greenbelt! A great overall trip and we would definitely stay at The Maverick again.

We loved this property. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, stocked with everything we needed, great location, perfect for a family. Loved the bonus living area downstairs. Any questions we had were answered quickly. And the neighbors were also very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
