Clean, Comfy, and Cozy Near Everything! (Family and Dogs Friendly:)

  • This beautiful home is located in Settler's Bridge Subdivision off of Eagle Rd. where all the action is. Shopping and restaurants, including the new Village Shopping Center are just a couple miles away.
    Settler's Bridge Subdivision is a nice community in Meridian with parks for the kids and a beautiful swimming pool open in the summer months. Centrally located in the Treasure Valley, you can go to Boise, Nampa or Eagle in less than 30 minutes where you can enjoy the Boise River, hike the foothills, or walk the Boise Greenbelt. Bogus Basin Ski Resort is only an hour away and Eagle Island State Park is only 12 minutes away.
    Our pictures show you some of our favorite places to go in the area.
    There is an electrical transformer in this neighborhood, behind our house if this is a concern to you.

Great property in a desirable community! We have stayed at many rental properties in the area and this is the most well-equipped we have encountered. We had a wonderful stay and will rent again!

This was a wonderful home to stay in. Exactly as described, comfortable, and all the amenities needed to accommodate families of all ages. The neighborhood was lovely and an excellent location. We will absolutely stay again in the future. Thank you!

The host was amazing as I planned our getaway. A plus was 11pm check in time! Pool was clean and kids had so much fun. The home is located close to the Boise river, and everything on our to do list. It was nice to have many home amenities included and a great price. Would recommend and stay again. WA FAMILY OF 4

Very nice property. We were actually in it very little but beds were comfortable and air conditioning was wonderful. Downside to this property is the $1500 deposit. If reserving ahead several months Expedia takes out deposit at time of reservation. They don’t seem to be in a rush however to get it returned. Not a fault of owners but something to keep in mind if booking several months ahead.

Boise Visit

We had a great stay. Very comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, nice couches. We enjoyed parking in the garage and swimming in the community pool.

The house was very comfortable and well appointed. There was even a Christmas tree that was decorated beautifully. It was a great place for our Idaho family to hang out.

This home I stayed at for 4 days. Very clean, has a working grill outside , the kitchen has everything you would need, coffee maker, Kerig toaster pans everything Bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice Living room is nice The yard is small and there is no grassNo dog door for dogs has a sliding glass door out to yardClose to lots of shopping Has a two car garage that I parked my truck inOver all a very nice home

Enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very clean and well kept, with a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Quality bedding and linens were provided, as well as a full size gas bbq and patio furniture for your outdoor experience. The home also provides an office with printer if work is necessary. Overall great experience. Five stars!!!
