Ubicación a 20 cuadras del centro y de las principales actividades, un remanso muy tranquilo junto a una vía importante de conexión con la ciudad. Casa Hotel diseñada y cuidada en todos los detalles, muy bonito, atención excelente y personalizada. Ideal para quienes quieran experimentar una estadía hogareña en medio de una urbe metropolitana.

De volver a Bogotá me quedaría nuevamente allí
Realmente muy hotel, muy lindo, muy cómodo, las personas son muy amables y atentas 100 puntos para ellos. La zona es muy buena, centrica, pero a la vez apartada del caos común de la cuidad por lo que es muy tranquila, la zona cuenta con diversos sitios para comer, tomar y divertirse. Recomendado y de volver a Bogotá me quedaría nuevamente allí

Good option but avoid the room facing the street
Good convenient option. Just make sure your room doesn't face to the street, otherwise the noise is a constant even at night and starting quite early in the day.

Wonderful property at a great price. It is conveniently located (less than a block away from multiple forms of public transportation). All staff members are very friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Ótimo!!
Adoramos tudo nesse hotel! Tudo limpinho, roupa de cama e banho novas, quarto grande, tv a cabo, manta extra para o frio, Wi-Fi no quarto...nos surpreendeu! A única coisa que colocaria a mais seria uma prateleira pra os itens de banheiro no box.

Very nice hotel. Good friendly staff, good small breakfast. We were able to keep food in hotel fridge and warmed it at microwave. Many helps for receptionist who made breakfast for us on our last day.

Friendly and helpful staff. Simple but good breakfast. Very clean The hotel has a lighting system that is supposed to be motion activated but doesn't always work so you can be in a dark hallway trying to find your way at night.

Great hotel in good location, close to the Transmilenio (it takes about 15 mins to get to the historic center.) Staff is super-friendly and helpful in every respect. Even printed stuff for me free of charge. I'll definitely go back to Boyaca Real next time I'm in Bogotá.

I definately recommend.
The reception was very great. They were kind and considerable. My friend had some problem with stomach, and there was no pharmacy open, reception helped us to get some medicine. He called some service of medicine delivery. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was great.

Very nice hotel. The staff is extremely friendly.
The rooms are extremely clean newly remodeled house. Breakfast is excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with directions. The hotel is located in an excellent part of town close to everything. I have been here more than 2 weeks now and will probably continue for a month or 2 more.I recommend 100%

Great hotel - except room 101
This is a very nice little hotel. Very pretty. Staff is very nice. The beds, chairs, etc. are all new. Internet is strong in common area. Breakfast is very good. However, I was in room 101. My window faced onto the street and wasn't sealed. So temp/noise from outside came into the room. Bogota can get chilly, so the room was pretty chilly. Also, everything said at reception is heard. The room is literally right off of reception. So all night you are going to hear the doorbell, late arrivals, etc. There is a small common area that has a nice atrium. The other two downstairs rooms have windows that look into it. That is probably very nice. My room had no furniture other than a bed and two nightstands. But I think the other rooms had chairs. The internet in my room was awful. But in the common area it was great. And again, the staff is very helpful. I think, if you avoid room 101, you will have a wonderful stay. The area is not a great area. Not really good for walking around. I didn't find anything nearby worth walking to and the area does appear somewhat sketchy - though I'm not sure it is dangerous.

New and very friendly staff. Near the Trans Millenio stop (Calle 45) which is a great advantage to move around. Plenty of food outlets around. Good restaurant next door. Quite a few colleges and universities in the neighborhood. Comfortable bed, great shower, very clean, good TV.

A beautiful oasis in the heart of Bogota.
This is a newly renovated / refurbished hotel. The finish in the hotel is excellent unlike other hotels in Colombia that have been renovated. The hotel is beautiful including a small interior courtyard garden. This hotel should be marketed as a boutique hotel. I really can't say enough good things about this hotel. I wish I had stayed there in all my previous visits to Bogota and will definitely stay there again. The rooms, bathrooms, and all the general areas of the hotel are outstanding. the rooms have Direct TV although I believe they should add some international news channel like Foxnews. The breakfast was the the basic Colombian hotel style but was the best I have had in over 300 hotels stays in Colombia. It was freshly prepared and was very tasty (a pleasant surprise). The only slightly negative remark I have is that the soap dispensers, toilet roll holders, paper towel dispensers, shampoo dispensers in the guest bathrooms are of an industrial type marked with a brand product name and spoil the beautiful bathrooms. The only other thing I would suggest is expand the breakfast offering a bit to a full (English) type breakfast. The staff are superb and very amiable and helpful.

great for overnight stay
very hospitable and kind staff was the best part of my stay. rooms are clean and comfortable. wifi is good and fast. the breakfast was very good too. my only problem was with the level of noise in my room from other guests. the corridors have hardwood floor and you can really hear people coming and going, slapping their doors at all times of the day.
