The house features a 15 m2 pool with a water slide and a built-in counter-current system, a large whirlpool, and a sauna, creating a mini water park experience. Beyond the pool area, the house offers an activity room equipped with billiards/table tennis, table football, and darts. The open-plan kitchen and living area are fully furnished with modern appliances including a cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and freezer. The house is spaciously designed with two separate sleeping quarters, each with its own bathroom, and a loft for additional guests. Outside, a large terrace with high-quality garden furniture is perfect for soaking up the sun. The surrounding natural plot, complete with swings and a sandbox, provides a delightful play area for younger guests. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
