"Konum olarak çok avantajlı , merkeze marinaya 5-6 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltısı temiz ve yeterli idi. Çay ve kahve makinalarını gün boyu açık tutmaları güzeldi. Yardımsever çalışanları ile sakin bir konaklama geçirdik."

"Ilk defa geldigim bir oteldi. Genel olarak otelden cok memnun kaldik. Beachte calisan personel, resepsion ve room service cok saygili ve güleryüzlüydü. Restaurant bölümünde calisan beyaz gömlekli bir erkek garson hesap detayini istedigimizde biraz ters davrandi yanimizdan birsey söylemeden gidip yerine baskasini bir garsonu yolladi. Hic hos bir davranis degildi oysaki sadece hesap detayini/özetini istemisdik. Bu otel tam cocuklu aileler icin bir otel. Etrafta o yuzden cok cocuk sesleri ve genel...

"das hotel ist sehr ansprechend,schlicht aber mit viel geschmack gestaltet. wer nicht den grossen pompp sucht und mit etwas weniger mehr zufrieden ist der wird hier auf seine kosten kommen. die zimmer sind einfach gestalltet ohne tv den vermisst mann allerdings nicht im geringesten bei dieser grandiosen aussicht.mann kann sich gar nicht satt sehen!!!!! das personal ist angenehm zurückhaltent aber sofort zur stelle bei einem wunsch oder einem anliegen. ich würde dieses hotel währmstens empfehlen...

"Horrible communication from the staff, they were extremely rude to me and my family. They did not follow what was agreed with writing prior to booking and showed us a huge surprise bill, on top of that, the waiters were ignoring our requests, and very rude. Room was ok, it was dirty behind the bed walls and hidden places. I will not recommend staying there and find yourself a better and kinder staff to work with. The only thing was nature and sea, which has nothing to do with this hotel."

Intelligent hotel couldnt find our confirmation and payment details. We called our friend in istanbul. They made us wait at lobby like 30 min for their fault. Terrible management "
