The apartment, known as "Sonnige Aussichten - Obstbau Koch," features a 3-room configuration with modern furnishings and partly sloping ceilings that lend the space a charming, characterful atmosphere. The living and dining area is generously proportioned, offering a dining table and a double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it a versatile space for both relaxation and entertaining. From this area, you have direct access to both the balcony and the veranda, where you can enjoy a side view of the resort. The first bedroom is a double room furnished with a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second room features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower, and a separate WC is also available for added convenience. Please note that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
