Studio in the Atelier House with Private Garden and Wi-Fi

The accommodation is ideal for couples, solo travelers, artists, course participants, and business guests. The bright studio is newly furnished, well equipped, and suitable for allergy sufferers. There is a tower fan and heating. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. You have a bed (140x200 cm) and a sofa bed (160 cm). The kitchenette is equipped with two hotplates, a fridge, coffee maker, WMF microwave, and kettle.



A private garden area with a barbecue invites you to relax. Wi-Fi and TV are available. A guest parking space is provided. On request, we provide a sunshade, beach mat, and beach towels for the lake at no extra charge.



The property has good connections to train, bus, and boat, and Friedrichshafen Airport is easily accessible. The lake, swimming, sailing, bike rental, boat and train, a thermal spa, and a golf course are all about five minutes away.



Studio guests can use the artist’s studio, join weekend courses, or enjoy an open studio. If you wish, you can paint your own Lake Constance picture. The special studio atmosphere is noticeable as soon as you enter. You will be personally welcomed on arrival.



Shops for daily needs are in the village. Lake Constance and the surrounding area can be reached in minutes. A small private garden area is exclusively for you – perfect for sitting, relaxing, and barbecuing.



With the Echt Bodenseecard, you can travel the region for free by bus and train. The area offers plenty of nature, and the lake water is clean and of excellent drinking quality.



Note: In summer heat, the cooling system of the neighboring building may occasionally be heard. Tip: Air the room in the evening, then close windows and doors for a quiet night’s sleep.
