"The house is spacious, the property is clean and in a good location. The furnishings are extremely sparse, so is the kitchen . To our great disappointment none of the fireplaces worked and the propane on the grill was empty. We did not get any warnings about the fireplaces. The icemaker is not connected. The dishwasher is about to break and broke two glasses, which is probably why there were no wineglasses and only 5 drinking glasses. And no bowls whatsoever."

"Location was just perfect for walking around Old Town Cottonwood and visiting near by Sedona. Much nicer than staying in overcrowded Sedona. And local businesses seemed genuinely pleased to greet you and appreciated your business.Neighbors were extremely nice and considerate if their dogs barked and quieted them immediately. Never a problem even while we sat outside with our dog. Easy safe walk to a grassy park also, even at night. Our 95 year old family member appreciated the ease of...
