"Place was super clean and host was accommodating to a late checkout for our specific date. Kitchen is well-stocked. Easy parking and very close to Grover Beach (very short drive or doable walk if not lugging lots of items.) Corner coffee shop and bakery were excellent.The master bed is on the firmer side, for those who wish for a cushier mattress. I was fine. The sofa folds out for night sleeping.The vestibule has a stairway that leads to the upstairs rental (studio?). This rental unit has...

"Everything was great. The room, the view and it had everything we needed.The host responded extremely quickly when we had a couple questions. We'll be staying here next time we're in town."

"The hosts were very responsive to us and appreciated their warm welcome. The home was so close to Grover's beach, local restaurants and coffee shops. From the beach we were able to walk to Pismo where we hung out for the day. They have a nice patio area but unfortunately we weren't able to use the amenities during our short stay. "

"Great layout with nice outdoor space and a fun games room. Beds were comfy and we liked the easy drive to pismo, outlets and SLO. Also cool that the closest beach you can drive onto. "

"The location to Grover Beach/Pismo Beach was very good. Also it is close proximity to picking up groceries or having Instacart deliver. The only down side was not having extra bedding in the rooms in case it is needed during a more than two night stay. Other than that it was great. Also a word of advice if you want to drive on Grover beach to hang out they have a 1000 car maximum so you need to go early pick up yourv $5 pass with In and Out access and you will be set."
