We absolutely loved this place!The lower and upper level with bedrooms were perfect for 2 couples traveling together.The host was lovely and very responsive and helpful. The house was immaculate and well equipped with anything we may need.The trails and beaches minutes away were simply breathtaking.Would definitely recommend!

I booked this home for the weekend, to celebrate a special occasion with friends. We really appreciated that the home was so clean and spacious for all of us. We enjoyed that the home was close to a lot of delicious restaurants and fun activities. We loved the view from the home itself, and that it was so close to such beautiful walks/hikes. The communication with the homeowner was great as well - thank you!

This is an amazing rental, My family were so comfortable and the home is so clean and well laid out. We had a wonderful shared space and an area that each of the kids could retreat to. My family even took the stairs down and went over to the restaurants to eat!This home is located so close to Bodega Head- we took an amazing hike around, on the most beautiful day!So close to shopping and the beaches.We will rent again if available during our next visit. Thank you!

Enchanting seaside getaway

Thank you Savannah for creating such a wonderful getaway that is close to all the key things one would need for their stay such as market and coffee shop. The views are incredible and it is surprisingly quiet for being located off the main road. A wonderful place to make memories together!

Great location and perfect set up for 2 families!

We really liked the location and all the views of the Bay. Everything was very clean and new. The beds are small but comfortable, and wish there was a BBQ, but we really enjoyed our stay. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for our group...our friends and their daughter had downstairs bedrooms/bathroom and us upstairs. We would stay here again!

Our host was very helpful and responsive. House looks like it was recently remodeled. Very modern interior. All listed amenities worked well. The only suggestions I have is that additional power outlets in the kitchen would be helpful. The living room area could use an additional small sofa. We enjoyed our weekend stay at this conveniently located house overlooking Bodega Bay.

The views and location are great. The house was clean and as described. It was sparsely furnished so only two people could comfortably hang out in the living and we wished there would have been patio furniture to enjoy the view and nature. Overall it was a great base location to explore the area.

This place was absolutely amazing! The pictures represent the house completely. The views from each of the rooms were beautiful and calming. Standing in the kitchen with coffee in the morning was unreal with tons of birds and a few otters! This is not a typical rental. The owner put a lot into the house with upgraded and new appliances, decor and furniture. It is quiet and has heat/air in every room! The house was pristinely clean. There is a grocery store and grill next door and plenty of parking. The owner Savanah was also incredibly responsive. I highly recommend this retreat house!

This house is excellent! Having the small convenience store/ deli next door is amazing. The place is the perfect size for a family of 4 to 6. We would see tons of birds and animals from the two balconies. We had an amazing time. Savannah is very easy to get a hold of and the house of gorgeous! We already booked another stay.

Property is centrally located to restaurants, wharf and the bay. House is clean with new and updated furnishings and appliances throughout. Views from each of the 3 bedrooms are incredible, with balcony access from each. Balcony off the kitchen leads down to steps to bay access. Perfect for weekend getaway.

It was a great location, near restaurant’s, shopping, beaches up the coast and the view was amazing. I’m a photographer as a hobby and the photos I have taken are spectacular, stunning and incredible. Our view from the house was simply phenomenal. Thank you to Savannah who made sure it would be the best VRBO experience one would have. My two dear friends just loved it as well. They too give it thumbs up. We love, love, loved everything about this place … from the moment you walk in, it gives “Welcome”.We were especially taken with the thoughtful design that went into creating the space. From the well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances, to the comfortable memory foam mattress, to the modern bathrooms with comfort showers, and heated toilet with a bidet, to (my favorite) the remote-controlled Della overhead wall space heaters located in each room. This cozy little spot is all about comfort and tasteful simplicity.There are restaurants conveniently scattered all around, and a general store, only about a stone’s throw away, is nicely appointed with all of the things, including a nice wine selection.We were fortunate enough to have nice weather, and took full advantage of sitting outside on the veranda, collecting memories. One of us, a bird watching enthusiast, was in her glory. Identifying all manor of species and sharing stories of their origins.This was a much needed opportunity for respite, at an amazing getaway, in a sweet little thoughtfully designed space above the bay.
