Beautiful house with amazing views of the bay. Kitchen is great with lots of prep space for cooking for a big group - including 2 ovens and 2 sinks. We also loved having suites for the various couples in our group and plenty of hang out space.

Our stay at Switi Hoso was wonderful. The photos on VRBO don’t do the home justice. It is beautiful with incredible ocean views and so much natural light. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and Ward, the property owner, gave us clear instructions and great communication throughout our stay.The kids especially loved the theater room, which gave them their own space to watch movies while the adults relaxed. The bedrooms were large and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone.We had such a great time here and would love to stay again.

We loved this house! It is so well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation. We played ping pong, pool and hot tub and enjoyed all the fun provided in this lovely home. The trails to the beach were a big hit with the kiddos. The views are beautiful from most every room. A perfect house to vacation in and the owner was so easy to communicate with. I give it at 10/10.

Million Dollar views

Beautiful home. Absolutely stunning views of the ocean from all the rooms. LOVED that house had pool table and separate ping pong table for us adults to enjoy. Owner communication was 100%. VERY easy check in.

Oldest son turned 40

We had an amazing time. Everything was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there for the kitchen and entertainment. It was a little longer than a 10 minute walk to the beach and my husband with back issues could not make that walk/hike. But the small children made it easily and we enjoyed every minute!

Beautiful Seaside Getaway

My group of friends has been traveling together for almost 20 years, and this was one of the most relaxing + restorative trips yet. Gorgeous property, beautiful weather. and a fantastic kitchen for our large group. This is a must-stay if like me, your friends are family - and you need a big house to stay together!

Great Place for a Family Get Together

Husband and wife, all three kids and 2 spouses, and all four grand kids spent a wonderful week at Switi Hoso. The location is wonderful and the house was perfect for us. The fact that there were two stoves, two dish washers, two refrigerators made it easy for each family to prepare their own meals, The pool table, ping pong table, and loads of games gave plenty of opportunities for small group fun activities. This place is ideal for a relaxing family vacation!

Girls Weekend

We rented the house for my birthday weekend. There were 12 women. The house had plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen was perfect for cooking for a large group! Communication with Ward was clear and easy…even if I was slow to respond (sorry Ward!).

Comfortable, spacious house with large, well equipped kitchen, large dining area and comfortable living room. Worked well for a group of friends having a weekend away. The "theater" room is a bit tight for several people (we had a large group).

Family trip to the Coast

Beautiful location, property and home. You can see from the Tomalas Bay inlet to North if the Bodega Head from a good vantage. There is a lot of space to either spread out or hang out in the living room and pool room. The double kitchen was wonderful and made meal prep a breeze. Super easy travel from this central location.

Excellent experience!!

My family and I were celebrating my father in-laws 70th birthday. The house was perfect for the 11 of us and really enjoyed the trails to the beach. We got some good exercise and strength training walking the hills and the trails!! I haven’t been to Bodega in over 11 years so didn’t know what to expect, but we all had a fantastic time kids and adults!! Great location and views!! Highly recommend this home!!

Family Holiday

In November, I decided to have our entire family together for the holidays. My husband and I visit the Northern California coast many times so I started my search. Finding the right place with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for 12 people ranging from ages 75 to 7 years of age was my goal. The picture of the Switi Hoso looked like the perfect place for our family. Because I was looking for the perfect getaway house, I had many questions. Ward alwys replied promptly. He has a very detailed agreement which I appreciate. The house was perfect for us. The weather was cold and rained most of the days but no one was bored. The indoor activities for all ages was great: Theatre Room with the best 3D glasses, pool table, ping-pong, games & puzzles, hot tub, and places to hide and just relax. Everyone was assigned a meal to cook so the huge kitchen was a real plus. The espresso machine was a treat every morning. We were lucky, two days the weather let us hike down to the tide pools. The Switi Hoso is a place to remember. Thank you Ward for sharing your beautiful house with us.

Fantastic

Fantastic property that is ideal for several families with teenagers. Movie room, ping pong, pool table, hot tub, plus a large kitchen with lots of space to spread out to go along with dynamite views. Overall a great place to stay! It was wonderful

Our family and friends had a wonderful stay in Switi Hoso! This home was made for a multi family visit. The kitchen was thoughtfully layed out for two families to cook simultaneously. Everyone had plenty of room and were comfortable. The ping pong and pool tables provided hours of entertainment for all. We enjoyed seeing quail and deer roam through the yard and across the street from the deck. On day two we noticed an issue with the hot tub, but a quick message to the owner and it was resolved the very next day. Wonderful communication with the host. One suggestion to add to the home would be an all purpose spray cleaner to add to the kitchen.
