This place is beautiful! It was clean, very comfortable, lots of fun with the game room and spa. The host was amazing. Very responsive to my messages throughout the trip. Anytime I messaged, I got a response in a short amount of time. And the views out window of the ocean are amazing! Just beautiful! There are also some great walking trails that lead down to the beach. Lots of cool wildlife to see and a little bit of a hike which is great exercise! There are trails that aren't too hard for people who don't want such a hike.

It was a little more than we probably would’ve wanted to spend but, once we got there, we realized it was fabulous.Beautiful property very comfortable beds and a gourmet kitchen.The host was also very responsive when I had questions or issues. All good.

The house is absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed the breathtaking sunset view just from the dinner table with wine at our hands. During the day, we can look out to the bay from every room. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, with the kitchen being the perfect gathering spot for the whole group. All the kitchen wares are provided for our convenience. The bathrooms are clean and comfortable. We had a great long weekend in the house and will definitely come back again next year!

The house was perfect for my family of ten. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. My family especially enjoyed the game and media rooms. The location of the house was perfect for our planned activities to the beach and nearby restaurants and locations near Bodega Bay.

Great house in Bodega Bay!

Very spacious & comfortable house that easily fit 13 people. Fun game room & movie room. Walking distance to the beach (20 minute hike/walk). Great location - we’d definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home & location

Overall our stay at this property was very enjoyable. It is a beautiful, spacious home. Jan was always very pleasant and responsive. The reason for 4 instead of 5 included that it was known that the washing machine was not working and we were not notified. Fortunately we have handy family members who remedied the problem. And when one smoke detector required a battery there were none on the property and no manager available to provide one. The final disappointment is that we were not allowed to invite our son-in-law's parents (who live nearby) for Christmas dinner since that would have exceeded the 14 person limit.

Winter getaway

House was perfect for the large family get together. Very clean and spacious. Game rooms great for the teens. Media room was humongous, but out of the main room, which was a bummer. Owner communicated well and left many notes around the house to be in the know.

Perfect for a large family getaway!

The views were breathtaking and we enjoyed many meals together watching the sunset over the Pacific. Our large family spent a lovely week over Thanksgiving at this beautiful home. It is clearly well maintained, and the one issue we had with some non-working lights was quickly remedied by email (it just needed a breaker flip and Jan was super responsive!). To make it 100% perfect, our wish list would be: 1) more seating in the main living area (although the space is limited) and 2) a baby gate (we had a toddler who wanted desperately to traverse the stairs) - we tried to find a pressure gate at Target but didn't have much luck over the holidays). Our family definitely enjoyed spacious kitchen, the extra space downstairs (a few of us had to do some remote work), and the teen boys loved the media room hideout. We hope to return again -- thank you for sharing your home Jan!

Wonderful stay

My husband’s large family spent the weekend with us at this home. Our ages ranged from 2-70 and we all were comfortably accommodated. The views are great from nearly every room and there’s tons to do in and out of the house.

Lovely home with a beautiful view.

The bedrooms were all large with comfortable king size beds. The hostess even provided two roll away beds for our teenagers. The air hockey and pool table were particularly appreciated. many matches went on between all the family. The hot tub had a great view of the Milky Way and we searched for falling stars and the comet. Every one had a fun time at this amazing home. ❤️ night time sky clear view of the Milky Way
