"I was one of a quite a few wedding guests staying at the hotel? Luckily our room had Aircon which was lovely but I know quite a few of the other rooms didn’t have Aircon so I think that would be advisable to be put in all the rooms"

We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! Highly recommend!"

"It's okay if it's only for a night but not for more. It's located in a service area and there is a lack of services (for example bar, gym or proper breakfast). Despite all, staff is very nice and helpful. "

Also the ravioli dish was wonderful too. Loved the food. The spa facilities are fantastic and not busy. Other guests were perfectly pleasant, didn't experience any issues considering we were the only non-white couple there and my wife dresses modestly. "The bar and restaurant looks modern and well maintained Bedrooms don’t have fridges the breakfast is just basic. Outside looks deserted, the place does not look as the pictures presented. Staff are kind"

"In all an average room. The beds were comfortable. The room was not clean at all cobwebs and dust in the bedroom area and the bathroom was disgusting the shower was not clean and underneath the toilet liner had brown old stains on was really dirty."
