We stayed for a week in a two bedroom condo that was perfect for our family of six. The location of the property, in Bodden Town May be away from the Seven Mike Beach area, but that is what we wanted. A quiet place to base our adventures. The staff was very kind and polite and a pleasure to talk to. The Turtle Nest Inn has snorkel gear, water shoes, stand-up paddle boards, beach chairs and umbrellas you can check out and use for the stay. This made our beach adventures easy and comfortable. The room was comfortable and had what we needed to cook and keep busy. Fresh grilled dinner on the veranda, overlooking the beach and pool was spectacular! Although we do recommend the Czech Inn Grill and Grape Tree Cafe, both of which are really close if you are looking to eat out. Snorkeling off the beach behind the condo was so much fun. Watch for Caribbean lobsters hiding under the coral. Spotts beach is a great place to swim with the turtles, we saw two munching on the sea grass. However, our favorite beach by far is Smith Cove. Great for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing on the beach with plenty of shade, bathrooms and showers.
If you are looking for a place to stay, I would fully recommend this property. Our week was much to short, but the Turtle Nest Inn is at the top of our list for our next trip to Grand Cayman. It met and exceeded all of my expectations, thanks largely to the wonderful staff.
