The condo has been beautifully refreshed and is well appointed. We love the peace and quiet of the location away from the crowds of 7 mile. Can’t beat the pool just outside and the amazing snorkeling steps from our door. This was our second time staying in Seabreeze. You do need a car to explore the island but that’s part of the fun.

We had a great stay at this location! It was great to have a pool and the beach both steps outside of the unit. The amenities including beach chairs, coolers, snorkeling equipment, and towels were great for our family. There were also sand toys that would have been great for smaller children. The location of the property was perfect for us. We rented a car and explored all areas of the island. No one area was more than about 30 minutes away with most locations being within 20 minutes. We enjoyed the local restaurants as well as restaurants in Georgetown, the harbor area, and the East End.We didn't have any issues at the condo, but when we did reach out to Livia she was always very responsive and helpful.Overall, my family will certainly stay at this condo the next time we visit.

Updated and modern. Directly on beach. Listing as pictured. Appreciated the Welcome snacks, kitchen items (coffee filters, spices, etc).We wanted far enough away from 7-Mile beach yet not so far from stores. Found some great restaurants.

Cayman Islands vacation

We enjoyed this location. The pool was refreshing after a morning of site seeing. This location is convenient to both sides of the island. The host is very responsive to questions.

Lovely, quiet spot for vacay

We enjoyed our stay in Livia’s condo - it was exactly as pictured, well appointed, and very clean. We loved the pool overlooking the beach/ocean. It was quiet and had easy access to grocery and liquor stores too. Livia was a wonderful host - she answered our questions in a super timely manner and we had no issues to speak of while staying at her property. A great place to enjoy Grand Cayman!

Beautiful spot

Its a lovely spot away from 7 Mile beach which is very busy. You need a car but its central to explore the Island. Clean quiet and comfortable (a bit of road noise and the odd Rooster crowing). Very well equipped property. We would definetly stay there again.

Amazing Property

We couldn't have asked for better accomdations . The Property was clean, and was furnished with everything you need. The view from the back deck was amazing and so relaxing .Host was wonderful and was easy to get a hold of So glad we found this place to stay.

Beautiful Condo and Views

My family stayed for a week over spring break, and we absolutely loved it! The condo was clean and very nice. The views are breath taking. My kids loved swimming in the pool and snorkeling on the beach right outside the door. The location is away from the busy side of the island, but that was perfectly fine with us. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location.

Amazing condo!

The condo is exactly as described and the whole check in process was very easy. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was amazing to have both the beach and a pool right in front of the apartment. It's a small condo so the size of the pool is more than enough. The location is really great to explore the island by car. our group of friends really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back!

Beautiful week

The place was absolutely breathtaking and the location was centrally located. I liked the bedrooms upstairs and the condo was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Livia the property manager always answered us immediately if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again. 3 senior citizen high school friends.
