"Ok stay. Room shower hopeless, no spray just dribble. Comfortable bed.Breakfast was good but staff slow to replenish everything, staff clearly lacked training. No HP sauce."

"Comfy bed, excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Room was very warm, but there was a fan and opening window. We asked for a room near the lift due to my wifes COPD when booking some weeks ago, but ended up a long way down some corridors which spoilt our visit."
