We're glad you had a good overall stay, Maribel. Odd about the water jug refill but if it happened at night it is possible there was not staff to carry and replace that particular jug and certainly water was available in the other 4 jugs. Not ideal but a possibility. We're certain your next stay will be a 5!

Hot water for tea can be found in the water dispensers on each floor. Our guest guidebook tells you about activities to do on Isla Colon and our staff can point you in that direction as well. Particularly to all the great restaurants and shops nearby. Saludos!

Hello, Eric. We are surprised you did not enjoy your stay as the majority of our other reviews are 4s and 5s. We request the room key is left as it saves time/money/fees for lost keys and lock changes. We are a family-run boutique hotel and there is always someone at reception 24 hours a day. Although we are in the historic quarters of Bocas, our hotel is less than 15 years old and excellently maintained. Although our town is lively, our end-of-the-street location and sturdy construction keeps it quiet inside. Our staff works hard to ensure wll of our guests have the best possible experience.

Thanks for staying, Georgiy! I'm not sure if you are a frequent traveller bu our area is absolutely safe and youa re the first guest in 11 years to feel this way. We also keep staff 24 hours to ensure you are taken care of. I wish you had mentioned the internet as it was working everywhere else in the hotel. The repeater for your room must have needed a reset. There was an island-wide maintenance related power outage during your stay, our apologies. We hope you will come back!
