Loved our stay!

Location was excellent. Loved watching all the wildlife in the marina each day. So peaceful. Loved all the amenities of Boca Grande Club. Wonderful vacation!

BGC stay

Was perfect. Great location. Property just as advertised. Close to Cappy’s market which has everything including great food. Would suggest getting a golf cart to get around. Is 15 minute ride to Gasperilla. Beautiful marina view. And for us. Was very quiet. We will return . Oh btw. Manatees wandering the marina!!

Lovely property across from main club

We loved our stay. The property is across the street and half a mile up the road from the main property with the dining room, pool, etc. This was no issue for us as we had rented a golf cart and you don’t need to be on the street. Very relaxing overlooking a marina.

We always enjoy our time in Boca Grande. This was no different! This condo was easy to get to the main BG Club pool and beach. We rented a golf cart, which was fun.

The condo was much nicer than we excpected! The pictures dont do it justice!! There is only 1 bathroom as noted but there is an extra vanity and sink off of the bedroom so people can use the vanity while the bathroom is in use. The closet is around the corner in the vanity area and big enough to put a pack play

Boca Grande Club marina condo

The property is gorgeous, serene and well kept. Our lovely1-bed marina view condo was 1/2 mile from the main compound. We saw dolphins every day and walked for miles on the pristine sugar sand beach, across the road. The lanai made the condo perfect.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable location

We booked a long weekend at the property, and the condo was exactly as described.. on the ground floor, steps from the marina. What we didn't know was that the "marina" condos are about a half mile away from the main facilities, beach, pools, restaurants, tiki bar, etc.. We also didn't know that all of the facilities just mentioned were closed for off-season renovation. So, as it turned out, with the exception of a short drive to get to the beach, the property location didn't detract from the experience at the complex. Pricing was adjusted for seasonal rates, and these changes are expected. Overall, we had a very comfortable, quiet and enjoyable experience.

A Perfect Place for a Quiet Vacation

My husband and I chose this property because we really needed a quiet vacation for well-needed rest. We wanted a pretty location on the water that was not high maintenance but felt special. I needed water. He wanted us to not have to dine out three meals per day. A condo on the water was perfect for us. We LOVE this place. It was the right size for two adults and it had everything we could have wanted to feel like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything to make lovely meals. The home had games, puzzles, books, TV, nice lighting, a wonderful king-size bed and lots of closet space. We came in August so we basically had the entire space to ourselves and we really loved that. The Marina pool was perfect for us after each day at the beach. The beaches on Boca Grande are excellent - clean and lovely. The Beach Club which was part of our property was lovely too. The staff, the beach, the tiki bar - it all was just perfect. We are planning on coming back next year. I have never had such a restful vacation.

Relaxing + Clean

My family of four with 2 kids under 8 really enjoyed this condo. It was quiet being tucked on the north end of the island but we found the entire area quiet since we stayed in Aug. We rented a golf cart and got snacks from Kappys which is walking distance to condo. Super convenient! The golf cart was fun for going out to eat, visiting the beach and exploring. Boca Grande has plenty of pool options and even a nice playground for small kiddos right down the road from this unit. Big bonus - family of manatees were right outside our door by the dock more than once. We loved it! Unit is clean with all amenities and lots of extra linens. Previous renters broke a drawer and it wasn’t fixed during our stay but we didn’t care, too much fun to be had. I would highly recommend to a couple or anyone with 1-2 small children who can sleep on pullout sofa. We can’t wait to come back!

Marina Village and Manor

The condo was perfect for our long weekend family get away. We rented a golf cart and used it to go to the pool at Boca Grande Club. We also used the smaller pool by our condo. Loved the sunrises. We rented a boat slip at Uncle Henry’s Marina which was conveniently located next to the condo! We will definitely be back!

off season...but GREAT for us. The unit had fantastic sunrise view overlooking marina (i am a boat guy), quiet and peaceful. Access to club pool and beach was no issue as we rented a golf cart (a little pricy). Burgers, salads, and drinks at bar...Super. All staff were nice...we will return...!!!

What’s not to love?!

My husband and I had a fabulous time staying in this lovely condo on the marina. We rented a golf cart from the clubhouse for our stay and it was so much fun living the “island life” during our stay. The beach is just a short distance from the unit. The tiki bar at the main pool area was wonderful and so convenient for drinks/lunch while at the beach and pool for the day. The unit itself had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we asked to add another day to our trip the week before, very much appreciated. We enjoyed the dining in town during our stay. A nice steak dinner at The Pink Elephant, as well as many sunset dinners at South Beach and lunch at The Loose Caboose. We will be back - thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Lovely stay

This was a great stay for us and just what we needed. The beach access was terrific. Unfortunately the restaurant was under renovation and the Tiki bar was closed the days was closed when we were there. But we would definitely come here again.
