"Keurig modern appartement op 10 min lopen van centrum Arona. Communicatie met de eigenaar is prettig. Buiten zitten op balkon kan zowel in de zon als onder het zonnescherm. Parkeer ruimte is gratis en voldoende aanwezig, wij konden altijd direct voor de ingang parkeren. Wat ik miste waren bier en wijnglazen, maar goed nu hebben we de limonade glazen gebruikt. "The apartment is clean and spacious, at 6’3 I was worried that I would be constantly ducking to get about but it wasn’t like that at all. Gianni and Danna were both very friendly and their garden is extremely peaceful. The walk up to Monte Faie from the end of their road was spectacular and the cascade at rovegro is also worth a visit"

"The grounds are beautiful, pool is very nice. The place needed maintenance and cleaning. There was so many “things” (knick-knacks, old furniture,useless kitchen items)making it look quite messy. The driveway was very steep and extremely bumpy."

Die Wohnung liegt unweit der Strandpromenade und auch zum Freibad in Suna und zum Hafen in Pallanza ist es nicht weit. Für die Versorgung gibt es Gaststätten in der Umgebung, es kann aber selbst in der umfangreich ausgestatteten Küche gekocht werden.
