Overall fantastic accommodation, My family and I just loved it. The bottle of bubbles was a nice touch. The only feedback I would give is due to my family of two small children staying with myself and partner - a larger milk and perhaps a small loaf of local bread or cereal would have been a nice touch to consider the children stating

Worth it for the view

Nice house, amazing location with the world's best view. The house is a little dated with a fairly ordinary bathroom BUT the position is unbeatable. Situated right on the beach, this house has all you need and is just 17 steps down to the beautiful beach. Dolphins, perfect swimming, decent surfing waves when it picked up and the view sunrise to sunset, assisted by generous coffee and tea supplies made this a favourite stay.

Mini-moon in beautiful Boat Harbour

Amazing property right on the beach. Sunny, clean, extremely well equipped accommodation where you are lulled to sleep by the waves lapping at your deck. Simply stunning!

WOW! Pure perfection, Arthur doesn’t miss a thing with his little piece of paradise! There aren’t many places I know in Tassie, where the beach is quite literally at your door step! Such an understanding and generous host, we all enjoy the peace and beauty on our remembrance weekend. Thank you Arthur for sharing your very special place with others. Absolutely stunning accommodation

Seventeen steps to the beach is pure relaxation right on the beach. My family and I absolutely loved our stay. We have been staying at this property over the last 10years and would definitely recommend it.

Best Beach Accommodation Ever

We had a great 4 night stay at Seventeen Steps! The views and proximity to the Beach is unbeatable. The house is spotless and has everything you need. Our host Arthur was excellent and we even found a bottle of Champagne in the fridge because he knew it was our 25th Wedding Anniversary! Do yourself a favor and stay at 17 Steps if you're in Boat Harbour Beach Matt and Melissa

Excellent beach house in beautiful location

Had a fantastic stay at Seventeen Steps. Right on the beach in a beautiful little beach village of Boat Harbour. House is well appointed and the location is right on the beach with food and drink a short walk along the beach at the SurfClub.

Great spot on an awesome beach!

Nice place with all the amenities-plenty of space, three beds, laudry, nice kitchen. And all on one of the nicest beaches I've been to. Our stay was too short though. Recommend staying three days or more to have enough time to enjoy it.
