Awesome Little Place To Stay!
The house is warm and inviting. It was very clean and provides ample space in the backyard. Dawn, the owner, is very friendly and easy to get a hold of/communicate with- would definitely come back and stay here again!

Great dog friendly bungalow
This was a great little house just a few minutes drive to Penn State. Big backyard for our dog to run around. A few things to keep in mind. Some of the rooms don’t have shades or blinds. I had to put towels in the bunk room for my daughter so she wasn’t so apprehensive. This is an older house and most of the rooms are in great shape. Updated(ish) kitchen and painted rooms. Nice floors. The bathroom needs some work/updates. I am a large guy, 6’3, and it felt like I was using a toddler toilet. This room just feels like it needs an update. Overall a great stay.

Great place to stay
This place is cute and cozy, wonderful for children and grown up children as well. I loved all the cute thoughtful touches like the fire pit, mini tabletop fires, natural soaps, waffle and coffee station, and that countertop ice maker is pretty cool! Dawn was a delight to communicate with any questions i had and check in/out was simple... the fenced in yard was key! 1000% recommend.

Great Location
My family had a great weekend. Very conveniently located just mins from PSU and close to local restaurants. Quiet neighborhood with a huge fenced in backyard that our dog lived. Will definitely look to book again on our next trip to PSU.

College move in
Dawn is a great host, i had a problem getting her massages through the app, so i called dawn and she answered very quickly. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, its clean and has all the amenities u would need. She also offers waffle breakfast, which is great. We bring our pets and her yard is fenced-in, so we can let our dogs out without having to put them on a leash, very convenient. This is our second time staying there, and as long as our 2 kids are in college at penn state, we will be using dawns house.

Awesome Stay!!
We absolutely loved this property and the owner. Dawn was beyond friendly and welcoming. There were so many warm touches. The accommodations were top notch. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of three (and two dogs). We would absolutely return!

Family Football Weekend
My family loved our stay here for a football weekend. Great location, very clean, excellent communication with Dawn, and the little extras were very much appreciated. The waffle station and to-go coffee cups especially after a late night arrival before a noon game! Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay.
This place is terrific! We were so happy with everything this house has. Immaculate, comfortable furniture, lots of little extras and everything we needed for our stay. The backyard and patio were just the icing on the cake. I think this house is even better in person. We look forward to staying here again. Adorable getaway
The owner nailed it with making this place feel like home away from home. Everything you need right here. The waffle kit was a nice bonus. Very clean and 12-15 mins from PSU campus.

Perfect and CUTE little place!
My husband and teenager stayed for the weekend to visit ArtsFest and show the kiddo around PSU. We also brought our dachshunds! The house was a perfect home base for our activities. Super cute decor, very comfortable. Dawn is a terrific host.

Great place!
The place was perfect for our short stay at State College. It was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and more! Check in was easy and Dawn had everything ready for us! Great stay in Happy Valley

5 Star Rental
This property is very well kept and maintained. The owner was quick to answer any questions that I had. The home is very clean and has a nice fenced in back yard for our dog to run in. There is also a patio with a table and a gas grill. There are several games if you have kids with you. If you are in the Penn State area grab this one quick, you won't regret it.

Home Sweet Home
This was my second visit!! This home is absolutely charming and has everything you need and more. The neighborhood is delightful, and conveniently close to many stores, restaurants and events that go on in State College. Communication with the Host is truly wonderful! As you arrive, everything is laid out for you in a nice little pamphlet, which will guide you through any questions or concerns during your visit. Definitely, a “ Home Away from Home”

Dog friendly, charming and clean home
Charming and clean home. Easy location to find. Nice to have a parking spot for vehicle even though shared driveway (so if have a big car or truck, just be ready to maneuver vehicle a few times to get squarely in parking spot). Nice sized, fenced in backyard doggies loved romping around in. Host very communicative and check-in and out process was easy and straightforward.

Enjoyed our stay! Great location for walking our dog, Ted and we appreciated use of the crate for him. Fenced yard and grill made for a relaxing evening. Linens were nice and kitchen well stocked. Towels were nice quality and overall place was cute. Easy in/ out. Thank you!

Great!
Dawn was a great host and had let us check in early and check out late. She was quick to respond, open and awesome. The house was well stocked and arranged. The kitchen was freaking adorable with the aqua, I love color. We enjoyed all the setting outside to relax with our dog. Dawn really thought of and covered all inside and out and we enjoyed our stay and could relax.

Perfect Thanksgiving and Penn State game weekend stay
This was my favorite stay in Happy Valley. The home was pristine, well appointed, and provided a cozy respite for me and my family’s quiet Thanksgiving day. The Boalsburg location is quiet, and conveniently close to Penn State, and all game day pre- and post festivities. The owner was a delight, very accessible, and went above expectations in providing thoughtful touches throughout the home. I look forward to returning very soon.

Owner was quick to respond. Easy check in/check out. House was very clean and cozy with lots of extras for guests. S’mores provided was a super nice perk. If you stay here there isn’t much you need to bring along. This home is very pet friendly and my Rocky enjoyed running around in the back yard.

State College Visit
Great house for me and my son's dog to visit him at Penn State. House was conveniently located. Great amenities in nice little neighborhood.
