"The place was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Well located, lots of things to do in the area. The owner provided everything we could possibly require and communication was great. All in all, we felt welcome."

"Central location that was convenient to all that Fripp had to offer. We rented a golf cart to get around. We ate at the restaurants on the island, loved both Bonito Boathouse and The Beach Club ( thanks Camryn ). Beach access was convenient and not crowded. Enjoyed the live music at The Sandbar. Great first trip to Fripp Island and we will be back!"

"Loved this property. Extremely close to everything. Very clean and spacious. Family had a wonderful stay. We received frequent texts from the host but there really no need to contact them. Check in and check out was a breeze. All information they provide is pretty self explanatory. I would definitely stay here again."

"Location was perfect and the resort was exactly what we wanted- close access to the beach and a large pool to enjoy, as well. Communication with our host, Tracy, was excellent and check in/out was very easy to do. Our condo was very clean and the decor was impeccable. "

"The check in process at the resort was terrible. No parking pass at the front gate. Had to go to the guest services to get the pass and then go get back in line at the front gate. The amenities cards were not waiting for us at the unit as promised. Had to go back to guest services to get them. If we had arrived after 9:00 PM as originally planned, we would not have been able to check in the first night because we would not have been allowed to drive on to the island.
