- Hampton Hall is a strictly private community. Club amenities are NOT automatically included in your stay and require a separate application and fee paid directly to the club. The Club charges a flat fee of $497.45 for up to 30 days of access. Please note that this flat fee is set by the club and is the same whether you stay for 3 nights or 30 nights
