"We had the absolute best time. The house was right on the water, and it made it very easy for us to leave our boat in the slip during the course of our stay. The property was clean and well-kept, and there were enough amenities for us to either cook inside the little house or go out to eat and have a place to put the leftovers. "My family had an awesome time at this house. Everything was clean and welcoming. Beds were comfy, with lots of sleeping arrangement options. We found extra pillows and towels easily. There were games to play and things to do to keep us busy.The kitchen has lots of pots and pans and all the necessities and appliances. "Outstanding place to stay for a week at Havasu Lake. We had a group of 10, ranging from 5 to 70 in age. Celebrated three birthdays during our stay. Parked a rented boat at the nearby marina which was only 10 minutes away. The location is next to the desert which gave us feeling of being away from the city. The place was clean and well kept. We enjoyed indoor and outdoor dining!"

The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors.
