"Wonderful and relaxing area. Close enough to Boone to do stuff but far enough away to feel remote.The inside of the dome felt huge and the sound of the creek was such a calming backdrop to a very pleasant stay. Will definitely be staying here again."

"We loved everything about this place!!!! Great rural location, no need to fight with neighbors or a campsite over noise. Well appointed, loved the grill, coffee pot, cut wood for the fire, mattress and extra for. Everyone fit nice and cozy with room for the kids and dogs to romp. We didn’t use the shower but it was awesome to have the option. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and ability to drive to great hikes in the area!!!!"

"Close to Wilkesboro and about 40min from historic Boone and blowing rock. One outlet to charge your phone and electronics which is nice for an unplug getaway. It's a quiet location without traffic noise. Very pleased with the cleanliness. I was a little nervous about the porta potty situation but it was SUPER clean and I was thrilled about that. Everything was great, I would stay here again. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Holly Hideaway cozy yurt! It was great to disconnect and unwind, especially in a yurt. Matt was a great host and made the process so easy and smooth. We will definitely book again soon! "

"The views from the camp were amazing,the rustic camping experience with all the amenities and total cleanliness. This location provided the solitude of being in a remote mountain camp,but also was in close proximity to the racing events we were attending. Our host was a Godsend so helpful and kind "

"This was just like the description no flushing toilet. But the sites were nice and big. It's very close to DuPont park so a great place to useas a base camp for hiking and biking in the park "

"We really enjoyed our night away. It's such a serene stay and we were able to spend some quality time together by the firepit and in the hot tub. The accomodation was very clean and well stocked. "It was a very peaceful stay. Cute little A frame has all you need. The sound of the river, the fire pit, and being able to open the A frame wall made it a fun, cozy and relaxing stay. Good for dogs as well, mine had a blast. "
