Check-in was extremely easy. House and property just as described. Very clean and well stocked- plenty of towels and cloths, extra blankets. Kitchen with lots of extras- “ s’mores box” , coffee and hot chocolate mix. The lake and fishing were the highlight of our trip. Caught several fish while out on the kayaks. Hiking the trails and the scavenger hunt was so much fun, an awesome idea by the hosts. Hot tub was heavenly after hiking , especially on the cold evenings. The host was very easy to reach and even reached out during our stay to check on things. Overall, a 10 out of 10.

Lovely property; Sweet Cabin with comfortable beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was so well stocked; very easy to cook; great location...close to Fort Mountain State Park and Ellijay. Bit longer drive to Blue Ridge. The hosts were amazing; communication was excellent and they gave excellent directions and had a great visitors guide in the cabin! We hope to come back!

This property is so nice. It was the perfect quite getaway from our busy life. The house was stocked with everything you need. The fire pit at night was such a nice treat. We caught so many bass and bluegill. 12 bass and 25 bluegill and they were still biting when we left. The hosts were super nice and so helpful. Property was clean and the cool morning air was dreamy. The kayak and canoe were perfect for getting out on the lake. Thank you for a wonder stay. We will be back.

A much needed magical escape

We had the most amazing adventure with our group of teens here. From fishing and playing the water to the most incredible and magical hike that had us all feeling like children again. We will most definitely be back and stay longer

Great place for a family trip

This place was the perfect spot for our family of 5. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake, hiking trails, and assortment of games provided by the hosts. The property is very clean and well kept, inside and out. The hosts have put thought into every detail. Will definitely recommend and hopefully come back!

Impressive property !

Came to relax and do some fishing. Caught some blue gill and 2 bass. Grilled some wings one night and burgers the next. Kamado Joe is great . Recommend highly. Especially to kids.

Exceeded Expectations

We had the best time! The boys had a blast fishing, kayaking and even swimming(crazy) in the cold water. I had a few questions that were very quickly responded to. My son has Tourette Syndrome so it is very seldom we go places where he is at peace and comfortable. He wanted to fish, but he wanted privacy so he did not have to worry and it was perfect for him and all of us. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Beautiful private property

We had a fantastic time at this home. Convenient to Ellijay but literally everything you needed right on property. Fully stocked with everything you could think of down to the s'mores. Everyone loved the fishing, fire pit and hot tub. Would definitely return.

Absolutely loved this property. The owners were very sweet and accommodating. The house was comfortable and homey and there was plenty to do with beautiful property. Definitely want to return in the summer as well!!! Grandkids loved the scavenger hunt! Absolutely recommend!!

There are truly no words to describe how amazing this property is. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Wow!!!

This has been an amazing vacation! We were overwhelmed how well stocked this cabin is!! It has just about ANYTHING you need and then some!! In my 50+ years, I’ve never rented a vacation home where the owners take care of basically everything except food! We waaaaaay overpacked not knowing this but it was a pleasant surprise! We had fun fishing, kayaking, canoeing and swimming!! Kids were in heaven to where the only thing we had to leave for was to get more fishing bait!! We will definitely be back and recommend this property to everyone!!!

Lovely property!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the lakeside cabin and it was just as wonderful the second time as it was the first! 10/10 recommend! So much to do on the property and feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere but you’re only approximately 15 minutes from town. Love this place and Nicole is a dream to work with! We will definitely be back!!

Great Getaway

The cabin and property are well worth the 5 star ratings. The furnishings are excellent, The kitchen was the best equipped we have rented. The property is beautiful and the fishing is fine (I caught three fish in the first four casts with my drop shot). We didn't take advantage of the trails, but they seem to be very well kept. The communication with the host was great. I highly recommend this property.
