This was an amazing stay for us! The host was great and very responsive to our messages. The cabin was well stocked and had plenty of dog supplies. We always bring our own dog supplies but had we forgotten something, they had what was needed for the pups. This is our favorite VRBO by far. We will be back in the summer to enjoy the creek when it is warmer.

Everything was perfect from the moment we pulled in.. Everything was clean and inviting..There was cute little decorations of Bears, and even a little Christmas tree was in the cabin.. Anything you would need for your dogs, in case you forgot something was there as well.. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, bowls, pots, pans, utensils.. Everything cleaned!! Hot tub was perfect,, Sound of the creek flowing was amazing.. This cabin is the best one we have ever stayed in.. Communication with the host were great as well.. Thank youu sooo much.. Beautiful and cozy cabin. The third bedroom was smaller than it appeared in the photos, but it was no big deal. One of the things I loved was how organized things were. The front area for the dogs was fantastic. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the dog park due to the weather and the times we tried to, others were there. But overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing time.

Wow the dig amenities were incredible. We usually pack a lot of extra dog supplies but this home had it all. Our 70 lb German Shepherd was in heaven. We also loved sitting out by the creek and enjoying a fire in the evening. Best of all it was located so close to everything. We will definitely return again. Hosts were very helpful and answered questions.

Communication with the owner was easy and always on time. Accommodation for pets is A! Ease of travel from location. The comfortability, cleanliness and resourcefulness of everything available was almost perfect, unbelievably peaceful and love the wildlife.

The place was very clean and appeared exactly as advertised. Anything and everything we needed from a pizza cutter to pots and pans to flashlights and bug spray was available. It was like being home. Literally everything worked in the cabin from the oven to all the lights inside and out. There was even supplies for dogs. The setting outside on the creek was amazing. We would definitely book Bear's Creek Retreat again.

The cabin was well illuminated and had signs that led to it. The drive way is quite steep but there was room for us to park a full size 2500, a sedan, and a suv comfortably. Walmart is approximately 10 minutes away in case you need to grab anything. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

This creekside cabin is a home away from home that the fur babies can enjoy too. Our two dogs loved being able to play in the creek. The fenced in area to let me out was very convenient. The rooms were very spacious and comforting. The owners had all the supplies needing for taking fur babies and also extra linens for the beds & towels to dry them with. We loved our stay and will definitely be visiting again!

We stay in a mountain cabin every year and this one was absolutely the best. We picked this one based on it being pet friendly and the fenced in yard. It was beyond pet friendly! It had everything to make the stay great for you and your pets.

Very Relaxing

This was a nice cabin. The creek is very pretty. The driveway is very steep, but there is enough space for 2 vehicles to park and even back up and pull out again. (Large truck) The appliances were all in working order and there are plenty of dishes and utensils available. The location is pet friendly and they even had a little snack for our elderly dog. I think she had the best time lounging around.

Great place!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Favorite part was sitting in the creek with the Adirondack chairs! So nice that we got to bring our pups along too. Would love to come back again. Heads up to those looking to book (as I was wondering about this myself) - there are neighbors in close proximity to the property, though we didn’t really see them while we were there.

This was a great property. Very accommodating for our pups, and a nice quaint spot with the creek. Close enough to town and good hikes, but feels secluded. It is pretty close to the neighbors, but that wasn’t too much of an issue. Clean and cute for a nice weekend away.

New Years Trip
