This cabin was fantastic! The location was great and the cabin felt like home. Well decorated and had everything we needed. The outdoor fire pit was a great touch as was the feeding of the deer. We saw up to 20 deer in the backyard at one time!The hosts were very quick to respond and very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back again for another post Christmas stay!

I was excited to finally book a cabin for Christmas with my family. I’ve told my family in the past I wanted to spend Christmas in the mountains and always waited too late to book. Well this year I decided this was going to be the year! I decided on Aska Escape after a few weeks of searching. It had everything I wanted in a cabin, Mountain View, hot tub, porch swing, fire pit and a fire place. The home was beautifully decorated for the holidays so there wasn’t a need to bring our own Christmas decorations. The cabin had everything you could imagine, the kitchen was fully stocked which allowed me to prepare my Annual Christmas Brunch and hubby and daughter to make dinner. My family and I throughly enjoyed our time and plan to make this a new tradition. The only downside we encountered was the power went out on the downstairs bedroom outlets and my daughter was unable to plug in her heating pad , I think the heater may have tripped the breaker. I did message the owner, who promptly responded “ the cabin was well stocked with blankets and recommended we turn up the heat “. My hubby thought someone should have come out to look at the breaker, but the owner wasn’t able to send the cleaning staff. My daughter just doubled up on the blankets. I would definitely recommend Aska Escape for a family getaway!

This cabin was a great place to stay. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect spot to unwind. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Words cannot describe all the outstanding things about this cabin and the host. The pictures do not do this cabin justice. We arrived later in the evening and the cabin was already lit up and decorated for christmas. There is plenty of firewood for the fireplace and all the other amenities of home. The hightlight were the deer and racoons that came each morning and evening. We loved relaxing in the hot tub while the deer grazed about 30 feet away. One morning, we had over 22 deer to come through! The host were very nice and attentive. We will definitely be returning.

Your mountain cabin or should I say home is breathtaking. From the moment we opened the door, we could see how much love and time you had put into this cabin The pictures simply do not do it justice. We so enjoyed the hot tub, firepit and feeding the deer. The location was so close to many attractions yet by the fire, you felt like the only people in the world.Thank you again for being a gracious host.

Aska Escape -Very Quiet and Peaceful

Beautiful and very clean logcabin. Nicely decorated and had everything one would need. We really enjoyed feeding corn to the deer during our stay. Todd and Helena were great hosts. They kept us updated all the way to checkin. Highly recommend choosing Aska Escape for your next quiet get away!

Great girls getaway

We loved our stay at Aska Escape. The home was inviting and had everything we needed. We traveled out to Ellijay and Blue Ridge daily, took the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway to McCaysville, happened upon the Bear Claw Winery and saw a show at the Blue Ridge Community Theatre. We also enjoyed going to Mercier Orchard, The Pasta Market and Mountain Mamas Coffee Lounge. The hosts were excellent and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Best place to stay!

We have stayed her twice and we love this cabin! So clean and you feel very safe. We loved the fireplace and fire pit both trips. It is close to Blue Ridge the town. There are lots of deer on the property and it is a beautiful log cabin. Lots of room for the 5 of us. I spoke to the owner before and he is very friendly and accommodating.

Exquisite Charm

This cabin has everything-quiet setting, natural environment, wrap around porch, porch swing, deer corn, wood for fireplace and firepit, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, comfy beds, cozy terrace level with board games and TV games, two story greatroom with comfortable reclining sofas. We visited for a weekend with children, spouses and two grandchildren and everyone was comfortable, had their own bathrooms, and something interesting to do throughout our time at the cabin. Don’t let me forget the horseshoe pit and gas grill.Easy checkin, clear instructions and communication, and great response by owners. Thank you for making my birthday memorable!

Friends Getaway

3 couples, wanting a private and secluded place to relax, enjoy each other's company and become closer. The setting is exactly what we were looking for. The decorative appointments, a real fire place, pre-cut and dry wood, a hot tub to unwind, space to spread out, a large ktichen table to lay out a delicious dessert buffet, a luxurious main bedroom shower, picturesque wrap around porch, couches allowing you to cozy up, and a wide open ceiling. We felt very at home and comfortable with the roominess, and privacy. Very little to distract us from the relaxation we were seeking.

Peaceful

I needed a peace release of stress aggregation working overtime just very tired. Well the pictures of this place didn’t do it justice. The cabin was beautiful in and out everything about this cabin was beautiful. The host were always there to communicate with and definitely understanding. I could not have asked for a more perfect place for me to relax release and enjoy my vacation of serenity.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had just the right mix of activities and rest. The property is beautiful and the house was perfect. The owners were very responsive to a question I had by email. Perfect in every detail!

This cabin is fully equipped with everything you need except the food you will bring to cook! They thought of absolutely everything! We don't use the hot tub but they have one. The cabin is immaculate and decorated so beautiful! It was close to waterfalls, tubing, and Blje Ridge! We loved watching the deer come up to eat. Perfect for our little weekend getaway.

Fabulous weekend stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. The cabin was clean and cozy. We feed corn to the deer and turkey. The deer came several times a day. Definitely will come back. Beautiful place.
