Great screened in patios upstairs and downstairs. Essentially like having two separate living spaces. It was great to stay with my parents, and still feel like we each had our own area. We will return for sure. Tyler was very quick to respond to our questions. Thanks again!

Tyler was the perfect host . He responded very quickly to a question that I had prior to us coming. He also checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. The cabin was just like it was described. The kids really loved the playroom and the Pac-Man game. It was really nice having three bathrooms. We will be coming back!

The cabin was as described in the listing. Easy check-in when we arrived. The cabin was very cozy and quiet. There are other cabins near by but, the area is very quiet. The bedrooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. I loved having coffee in the morning on the back porch that was accessible from the master bedroom. Tyler was easy to communicate with checking on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. This a nice place to rest and relax.

Location was close to local attractions. Screen door on bottom level was torn which allowed something to come on to porch and make a mess which my husband stepped in. They sent someone out to clean. Cleaning needs a little more attention. Cobwebs everywhere. Had an issue the night before leaving with upstairs bathroom draining /flooding through floor to bottom bathroom. They didn’t send anyone out to fix, said they would fix the next day. It came through a light fixture so hopefully it’s fixed properly. Comfortable beds, games to play, cute cozy cabin. Be aware the drive is very steep with slippery gravel and has a sharp curve. You also have to back in to park at the cabin.

Nice cabin for just a weekend but only 2 sleeping rooms (bedrooms have closets), no closets, no hangers. All other sleeping facilities are in common spaces. No outside space or view whatsoever. House is surrounded by trees with gravel road next to front porch (everything covered in gravel dust). Cooking equipment is small & barely suitable to prep for 4 people. The microwave is so small their only one small dish will fit in it (plates will not). Skillet has no handle... If you want to hide out and watch TV for a weekend, this is your place.

Lovely cabin

This cabin is in a very convenient location - so close to downtown Blue Ridge, Mercier orchards, WalMart, Ingles! The inside was very clean, especially the bathrooms. We ate most of our meals in the cabin and the kitchen had the pots, pans, utensils we needed. It was very peaceful and quiet there. So great to get away for a week!

Relaxing mountain retreat

This house is fabulous, my Mom and two of my dogs went for the week. The cabin was clean, spacious located in a beautiful area. Tyler was great with any questions I had. We look forward to booking again.

Perfect for our family!

The upstairs loft with twin beds was perfect for our kids. The cabin was clean and adorable and the location was extremely convenient to lake blue ridge and downtown. We will definitely stay again!

The perfect Blue Ridge Mountain getaway

We loved our stay at the Beary Cozy Cabin. The check in, layout, amenities, and host where all amazing. We sat by the fire and enjoyed cozy reclining and connection every day and night. There were plenty of games for children and the double decks overlooking the mountain ridge were beautiful. We brought our 18 month old and the host had highchair, and kid friendly items that made a huge difference. The game room downstairs was a BIG hit! The railing spindles to the loft area where spaced too far apart for him to accidentally fall through, so we just made sure to block that area off and watch closely. If you have older kids, this area was perfect for play and even had a bathroom. I would suggest bringing a truck or SUV with 4 wheel drive. The roadway up the mountain would be difficult for a small vehicle. Overall, 5 STARs! The cabin was also perfect for 2 couples. My in-laws came and we each had our own private space to enjoy. The 2 king beds where great and we always felt like we had privacy and our own space while also enjoying time as a family. You will love the Beary Cozy Cabin and everything it has to offer.

Cabin was extremely clean! Great layout for a family. The owners had the cabin stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. Location is amazing so close to downtown Blue Ridge. We will definitely stay there again!

A week at the cabin to rest and recharge!

This cabin was exactly as advertised. High speed internet (which was very important to us) worked great without any issue. Smart TV worked great as well. The place was very well equipped both in kitchen and blankets. The gas fireplace with the wall mounted remote control made the cold days and evenings extra cozy, without the worry and additional expense of purchasing wood, and that was a plus! There were 2 recliners in the living room that were much appreciated, too!! The location was close to downtown Blue Ridge, while at the same time providing a mountain getaway experience. The owners left a very thorough binder "visitor guide" with useful information and maps. While we had a couple of hiccups at the front end of our week-long stay, Tyler, the owner, was lighting-fast to respond and resolve. We had a relaxing and lovely time in this cabin, and would definitely come back again!
