GORGEOUS home. Driveway I’m does have a steep grade as does back yard access to fire pit. Bunk bedroom is not accessible from inside the home. You will need to access from the deck by entering a code. That was odd and un safe for our younger children to access alone at night. Beautifully decorated, but there were stains on the couch, some of the rugs, etc that didn’t show immediately because of the dimly (although nicely aesthetic) lighting. The grime on the exhaust hood had layers of grease and the range had build up that we had to clean in order for it to function properly. The cookware cabinets were not clean. There was accumulated dust on the fixtures in the kitchen and in some of the bedrooms. The master shower had pink grime around the edges. Maintenance did come out and replace filters and vacuum the vent receivers. The property is really beautiful. It appears that the cleaning crew should be evaluated since tg clean looked to be subpar. It was as though they did just enough to satisfy initial appearance as these issues presented more as we were able to observe throughout the week. For the sake of the property’s longevity, please consider a deep clean. The fruit flies are bountiful and a bit obnoxious.
