The home is well appointed and convenient to all things to do in Blue Ridge. The management company was non-responsive unfortunately as we had some minor issues that needed to be addressed and they were impossible to get a hold of. We did receive one voicemail but when contacting the number recommended there was no answer, and never got another call back. The home was clean. However, there is a woodpecker that has caused some damage on the second floor of the house near the roof/eave, off of the main master bedroom. We had a lady bug (of all things) infestation in that room, and most of the upstairs, which I can only attribute to them trying to escape the cold. They were all over the curtains and floors, and were crawling all over the bedroom(s). Hundreds, it was kind of surreal. We just ignored and dealt with it. The gas grill outside had a sizeable mouse nest in it so it was not usable for our group. And the hot tub gets "luke" warm at best. But again, the home was clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Pool table was fun and the internet works well. I would give more than 3 stars but not getting responses from the management was the only negative. We enjoyed the trip and the area as always.
