House did not disappoint. Our 5th time staying here. Love the set up of the house. The new decor makes it feel more open but still cozy. Great fireplace and wonderful views from the porch. We will be staying here again.

Beautiful property! Amazing views. Perfect for adult couples. Long driveway and ease of access. I do recommend since it’s a dog friendly place it would be great if there was some pet accessories (toys, bed, treats or even poop baggies) to add that cherry on top. We brought it all, but it would be a nice addition. Couldn’t find any of the spices. Love all the labels.

Great short weekend

Such a nice place to stay. My wife and i met here with our son and his wife. It is all of 2 miles to town. It was nice to walk the streets of Blueridge and visist the shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi on the back deck as well as the great mountain views. Im sure we will be back. Thank you!

Perfect location and comfortable cabin

My friends and i went on a girls trip and it was great. A little more detailed cleaning and some upgrades in the kitchen would make this place just perfect. Location was great. Hot tub and pool table are a nice addition too

Nice Cabin

Overall the cabin was good! Would say some of the trees in the back could use some trimming to allow better visibility of the view. Over all the cabin was nice. there was a scorpion and spiders in basement bathtub so probably should spray for bugs but kind of to be expected in the woods. Was very disappointed in the hot tub though. We were not able to use it due to it being very dirty and barely any water in it.

Wonderful cabin and location

We had a wonderful time for our adult getaway. Can’t beat 1.5 miles or so from town and it was a beautiful cabin. Very clean and quiet. We will definitely book again.

A treehouse close to downtown Blue Ridge

I booked the home prior to reading the review by Pat S. ----that review is spot-on with the home needing some repairs. The cabinet drawer in the kitchen is broken, the screened porch is in need of repair and a chair in the main living area is broken. The kitchen also has a problem with ants. We've rented many places in the area. The plus for this property is you are a 5 minute drive to downtown Blue Ridge. There is a view from the small porch on the 3rd level but if you want a home where the family can spend time on the porch and enjoy amazing views, this is not the house for you. The main level with the larger table and hot tub is nestled in the trees so it is a ncie treehouse effect but not the majestic views we expected. There were plenty of towels and a nice welcome gift and notes from the cleaing crew upon arrival. For the negatives, we brought our dog and there is no yard. The main road to the home is very steep. I would not recommend climbing the hill in the winter without 4 wheel drive. In the summer months. smaller cars with a short base will bottom out at the end of the street, turning to the main road, since it is so steep.

There were many things in the home In Disrepair. Cabinet draw was broken in kitchen. Screened h porch had holes and rips. The porches were dirty with bugs in the master porch . Outdoor furniture sank in because the support straps were stretched and worn out.The pictures on vrbo portray are very different than the reality of the cabin. No spices or even salt and pepper. The most expensive place j have stayed and most disappointing.

So Close to feel so far.

My wife and I both are in healthcare. As you know these days its hard to find time to get away. We discovered Blue Ridge last year and stayed far up in the Mtn's. As pretty s it was, the commute was inconvenient to and from town. In Jan '2022" we discovered MAJESTIC SUNRISE that is less than a half mile from town. The views are incredible. Most important was the cabin was awesome. Fire place, 3- master bdrms, 3- bath, rec room w/pool table, hot tub, grill, everything you need to cook with. Beds were very comfortable. linens were top of the line. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and are now coming back in Feb with friends to share the find. The staff were very responsive to our needs and questions. As a traveler I would certainly recommend Majestic Sunrise. Great place for friends and Families. Jerry & Melissa Gadsden AL.

First visit to Blue Ridge

Gorgeous cabin, easily the cleanest short-term rental I’ve stayed in and very well furnished. Only negatives were Dish satellite is very spotty and it has a very small yard. Neither were significant enough to keep me from staying there again. Would definitely recommend it.

Great location

We had an amazing stay, the house was beautiful and overall in good shape. We enjoyed eating meals on the porch, the hot tub, the beautiful view, and the pool table. We really like the proximity of the town of Blue Ridge, we were close to town but still secluded and private with only a few other houses close by.
