We loved the cabin and location. We only had two issues. In most of the email communications it referenced us needing a 6 digit code to get in the door that supposedly was provided in my check-in email. There was no such code provided. I reached out before arrival and they gave a code to a key box and we retrieved the key but it was a challenge to get it to work. Secondly, the hot tub water wouldn’t heat, even after we adjusted the temp to 100 degrees, so we couldn’t use it. Perhaps we didn’t do something correctly but there were no detailed instructions on how to use the control panel. Other than that we had a lovely time.

We never got check in instructions and had to call to get them. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The hot tub was cold when we got there and we asked how to turn the heat on and they basically told us to google it or YouTube is help also. They had the basic cable channels and now way to watch movies on the tv. They had a DVD player so we went and bought a couple DVDs to work with what we had and the DVD player was broken. We would not recommend this place or any other cabins that Vacasa is the management of. We never was offered any kind of help with any of the issues we ran into. If I could put negative stars on it I would.

It was a beautiful cabin and lovely hot tub. Everything seemed pretty clean, but we did notice some mouse droppings in the kitchen where the pans/cooking utensils are stored. We didn't see the animal during our stay, but did leave out some cookies wrapped in foil that had been nibbled into on our last night staying there. We really loved staying there and would indeed go back, as the neighborhood was very nice and there was so much to do in the Blue Ridge area. It would also be nice to have wifi in the cabin, as the TV wouldn't work with the satellite dish, unless we used our own hotspot to connect to it, which most people probably don't have. Overall, very happy with our visit and will recommend to others!

Great stay

We arrived after dark. Bring fire starters for the wood burning fire. Had to ask someone to come get the trash that was piled up on the porch. The maintenance was quick to come first thing the next morning. Overall, our stay was great.

A wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin - the weather was perfect as it was the beginning of fall and the leaves had started changing! The cabin was close to downtown and within driving distance to lots of hiking trail options. The only snag was trying to find a lighter or matches to get the fire started.

Romantic Getaway

This cabin was perfect for thr two of us and our dog. The only downside was the gravel driveway and the sharp left turn need to get to the property made it impossible to leave on the day when it was raining. Our tires spun when it was dry. Four wheel drive would've been handy. Luckily the cabin had everything we needed to stay comfortably during that rainy Sunday.

Short getaway

Beautiful property, wonderful cabin. WiFi didn't work nor did the DISH TV but that was pretty much all that was wrong. Hot tub was great, bed was comfortable, we loved just sitting on the porch.

Good cabin for a quiet time in the woods

Nice cabin, comfortable stay. Really confusing that the materials and guides onsite and emailed from Vacasa all reference equipment that doesn't exist at the cabin, like a dishwasher and wifi router.

Wonderful Getaway

I’m surprised the previous reviewer complained about as much as they did. Almost everything they complained about was clearly stated and apparent on the listing. With that being said, I LOVED MY STAY! This was a solo escape from reality, just me and my dog before Christmas for my birthday. The fact that this cabin was dog friendly, and had an INDOOR hot tub. I was SOLD. I had such a wonderful time, I’ve had to forward the listing to multiple family and friends now that they saw how much I enjoyed my stay. Yes the appliances are old, the bathroom is minimal, but for being a cabin in the woods, secluded as it was, it was perfect! The hot tub was PERFECT, I was in it reading and drinking wine every night after hiking all day with my dog. I was never too cold, the heater worked just fine, I actually had to turn it to the lowest setting because I woke up sweating a few times. The fire place served its purpose. It rained the day I arrived so I had to wait for the firewood to dry out. Had a fire 2/3 nights of my stay. All around wonderful stay for a single person and would be great for a couple as well. Will definitely be back!

Peaceful & Nice

Nice cabin is very convenient to Blue Ridge, GA. It is peaceful and quiet. Only real issue is that they advertise WIFI. Has instructions to reboot the router. However there is no router or WIFI. If you want quiet and rest in a location near Blue Ridge, this is good.
