Our last minute trip to Georgia became a trip of a lifetime at the Legend. Something for everyone here (the creek was awesome) and lots of memories made at this beautiful property. No need to leave the property, it’s like your own private resort. Everyone loved it.

Beautiful house on gorgeous property. Loved the decks and creek along with the mountain views. Great location! Quick drives to wineries as well as Blue Ridge and downtown Ellijay. Game and movie rooms were extra fun!!

Gorgeous property

My family had the best stay at this home. The location was so perfect—we enjoyed hiking, fishing, and tubing without ever having to go anywhere else. All of my kids are lobbying for a recreation of the amazing theater room in our house. We cooked in the nice kitchen, played games, and slept really well. The location was so beautiful, we had family pictures taken by the creek.

Perfect for a Couples trip!

Our group comprised of 6 couples and this property was PERFECT for that. We enjoyed walking and enjoying the scenery, we enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen, and had wonderful discussions on the outside patio. The owners were super responsive to our needs and got our issues taken care of timely. The sound of the creek is just lovely! It served as a great backdrop to our hangouts. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay! Beautiful home for sure! Unfortunately there was no hot tub as advertised and no plug for the tub, so we couldn't use that either. Full of beauty, but we were disappointed since we were looking forward to spending time enjoying those things. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We hope to hear from you about these things and hope its fixed for others as well.

Amazing relaxed stay!

We had an amazing time staying at this property. The cabin is huge and has all the amenities vacationers would long for. The location is beautifully maintained and the hosts are very friendly. Guest services were very prompt in addressing any questions we had. One request is to have a later checkout time. 10am is too early to check out. However, I must say guest services were very gracious in extending the checkout time until 12.

A Dream Nestled in the Mountains

This beautiful home and the property it sits on was perfect for our family and friends. The views from the home were breathtaking from the mornings and into the evenings. All the amenities provided a very comfortable stay. The teens couldn’t get enough of the pool table, ping pong and pinball machine to name a few.

Annual family Christmas retreat

This was a great cabin for my family, loved the games for the kids and the kitchen was great. I was tickled to see the Christmas tree was still up, perfect for our retreat et celebration. What fun to watch movies and eat fresh baked cookies in the home theater. Love the location, we visited several places in Ellijay and Blue Ridge, the scenic train ride was fun too.

Perfect stay

The location is perfect! 5-10 minutes from town. The cabin itself had everything we needed, upgraded amenities and all. Beautiful scenery, lots of animals, great trails and a perfectly clean spacious cabin.

Perfect Place for Wonderful Family Vacation

This property is Wonderful. It has absolutely everything that you need for a multi-generational family vacation. I would rate this property as 10 out of 10. My grandsons played in the creek every single day. We enjoyed the hiking, golf just 5 minutes from the house, numerous wineries, good restaurants in both Ellijay and Blue Ridge which is just a few minutes away. We enjoyed going fly-fishing with local guides and even went down to Atlanta one day to catch a Braves game. Everyone said "Grandpa, let's do this again next summer.

Relaxed family gathering

Beautiful property, uniquely situated next to a mountain stream that was great for wading and fishing. Close proximity to popular hikes. Home had amenities that made our 4-day stay with 4 small children a breeze. From the game room, to the outdoor fireplace for smores, to the hot tub (w/o the hot) for "dipping." Special treats were the flock of geese who called this home and the sweet horse and donkey on the property who kept the kids enthralled.

We had the whole family and had plenty of room and the place was absolutely breath taking. We had the neighbors dogs drop in and visit each day. Enjoyed the creek and the game room along with the fireplace on the porches. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary

The perfect place to gather our family for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. I brought my wife and she had no clue where we were going and did not know the family would be there to surprise her when she walked in. Lots to do and enjoy with the family with plenty of indoor recreation for the grandkids even in the rain.

Relaxing week away

We had a great 5 night stay in Legend! The property is immaculate, the cabin is beautiful and is in a very peaceful setting. Perfect for a large family! All 5 kids stayed entertained with the large game area in the basement. The entire space offered convenience with the separate kitchens, awesome outdoor fireplace and seating areas. The apartment over the garage was an added bonus. Only negative comment I have is the kitchen knives are quite dull and could be replaced. We will definitely book this cabin again!

Best rental ever!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Legend! We had a large crew (12) and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. 2 porches, beautiful fireplaces (perfect for S’mores) wonderful creek for wading with the kids. Lovely view. Even horses to visit! Well situated for easy access to Ellijay and Blue Ridge. Would totally recommend!

This property was awesome! There was everything that we needed. As a foodie and designated cook, the kitchen had all the things needed. Everything was there to cook and bake! Everyone said it was a win and really hated to leave. We will definitely stay and recommend the Legend to anyone!
