The hot tub was unusable due to a lack of cleaning and chlorine. A ring of dirt and hair on the side of the hot tub upon arrival. We were told it’s the water in the mountains. Cleaning crew was sent out to service the hot tub. They cleaned the sides but forgot to bring chlorine (the time release floating device was empty). The next day the water turned green and smelled like a pond. I suspect it had been without chlorine for sometime. There was also a general lack of effort on the cleanliness of the deck and inside. Pool table was in terrible shape. Holes in the pockets. Sticks with missing tips, etc.
