Lake Blue Ridge is a 13-minute walk, Aska trails are 8 minutes away, and 1.5-Gig fiber plus a dedicated workspace make remote stays easy.

Chalet Blue Ridge offers a peaceful mountain setting while keeping guests close to the area’s most popular attractions. Downtown Blue Ridge is approximately 7 minutes away, the Aska trail system is an 8-minute drive and Lake Blue Ridge is about a 13-minute walk. Enjoy mountain views and a sense of seclusion without being far from restaurants, shops, hiking and lake activities.

Guests have private access to the entire three-level chalet, including four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the kitchen and living areas, expansive decks, private hot tub, outdoor fireplace, fire pit, fenced yard, pool table and dedicated workspace. Parking is available for a maximum of four vehicles. Roadside parking is not permitted.

Chalet Blue Ridge accommodates up to 10 guests across three levels, with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and several indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
Third level:
The private primary suite features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Private balconies with seating are accessible from both the bedroom and bathroom. The landing includes a dedicated workspace overlooking the main living area, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the mountain views.
Second level:
The main gathering level includes the living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining area, a queen bedroom and a full bathroom. This level also has a washer and dryer. Step outside onto the wraparound deck to enjoy an outdoor dining area, propane grill and covered lounge with an outdoor fireplace and television.
First level:
The lower level includes a queen bedroom, full bathroom and game room with a pool table and arcade machine. The fourth bedroom has two triple bunk beds, providing six individual bunks. The wraparound porch leads to the private seven-person hot tub overlooking the backyard and mountains.
Outdoor spaces:
The fenced backyard gives children and dogs room to play. It also features a fire pit with seating, and firewood is provided. Guests should confirm current Fannin County burn restrictions before using any fire feature.
Access and mobility:
Guests may enter on either the first or second level. Because the home spans three levels, stairs are required to access the entire property. Guests who can climb the initial stairs to the second-level entrance can enjoy the kitchen, main living and dining areas, a queen bedroom, a full bathroom and the principal outdoor entertaining spaces without repeatedly moving between floors.
Guests have access to all living and recreational areas. Only designated utility and owner-storage closets remain locked.

A car is recommended for exploring the area. The chalet is accessible by standard cars and two-wheel-drive vehicles. Roads are paved until the final 0.3 miles, which is a well-maintained gravel road. Four-wheel drive is not normally required, although guests should monitor weather and road conditions during winter weather. A maximum of four vehicles may park at the property, with no roadside parking.

Please review these important details before booking:

• Chalet Blue Ridge spans three levels. Stairs are required to move between floors.

• A maximum of four vehicles may be parked overnight. All vehicles must be parked on the property, as roadside parking is not permitted.

• Dogs are welcome, with a maximum of two per stay. A $100 pet fee covers one or two dogs. Please include all dogs on the reservation so the fee is applied correctly. We cannot accommodate cats or other pet species. If a dog is not declared, the pet fee may be collected through the booking channel after booking.

• Parties and events are not permitted.

• Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music and disruptive noise, including shouting or loud conversations, are not permitted during these hours. Please help us preserve the peaceful setting and respect our neighbours.

• Exterior security cameras are located around the building perimeter and at the main-level entrance. There are no indoor cameras. A decibel monitor is located in the main living area to monitor sound levels and help prevent excessive noise.

• Guests may use the property’s fire features when no applicable burn restriction is in effect. We will share restriction notices when available, but guests are responsible for checking the latest Fannin County guidance before starting a fire. Please follow all operating instructions and never leave a fire unattended.
