The house sits above the waterfalls perfectly. The modern style is very nice and allows you really enjoy the sound and beauty of the water. It’s just a wonderful home with the modern style with all you need to enjoy a peaceful stay. We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen , the fireplaces and the hot tub. I enjoyed walking out in the morning to see the deer. They stare at you for a minute then kinda act indifferent. I guess their use to having guest. Loved the place.

Beautiful home and location! We fully disconnected and relaxed on the outdoor balconies everyday listening to the soothing sounds of the waterfalls, reading and sitting by the fire. The waterfalls are visible from the beautiful wall of glass windows as soon as you walk into the home! I cannot say enough of the amazing and relaxing stay we had at Falls Watch. We will return!

This property is amazing. The view of the waterfall is incredible. Very comfortable home with all the amenities. Only 15 minutes into town. The only reason for 4 stars is the property could have been cleaner. I contacted the owner and they to have the cleaner come back, but we opted to wipe everything down ourselves. The owner was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Property

The waterfall view and sounds from this home are so much more relaxing and beautiful than what it seems from the pictures. I recommend you go and melt you worries away with a glass of wine, the hot tub and the view!

Terrific location...

Definitely book this house (or any owned by the same development company in this subdivsion - they all look awesome and each has a different cool feature or two - outdoor chess, pickleball court, pool, etc.). It was spotless. We picked this house as a base to hike within 1.5 hours of Ellijay and because it was spacious, had lots of bathrooms, a pool table, outdoor fire pit, and hot tub. We have three teen boys, after all... The back of this house faces a giant waterfall and the various outdoor porches capitalize on that! The waterfall/view was SO much better than anticipated. The location on the river/water makes the home so special v. some of the others nearby.TVs on every level and the patio great for March madness viewing. Outdoor sectional couch near the outdoor TV was so comfy! Loved making s'mores every night out back after we jumped in the hot tub. Perfect ending to a day spent hiking all over N Georgia. One nice little surprise - I am a runner - is that there is a short trail up the road that I could run up/back. Nice surprise. Management was responsive for the few ?s I had. Definitely bring some additional laundry detergent, coffee, garbage bags and baggies if you need them for more than a couple days.Regarding location, this is outside Ellijay proper so to get to the main restaurants/grocery stores in Ellijay, it is about a 0:15 drive E, but SO worth it because you have all the space/privacy of this amazing home!Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

The views and sounds of the waterfall were stunning and could be heard/seen throughout the cabin. Lots of great amenities and the drive to the cabin was easy. Only thing we would recommend is bringing your own cookware. Almost every pan and utensil we pulled out wasn’t cleaned well and we had to clean them before we used them. Not a huge deal as we normally do clean dishes before we use them, but we wished we would’ve brought our own pans and utensils. For a week getaway this was a great cabin and we would stay again.

Great get away cabin

Annually, me and old friends from college get together for weekend at this cabin. It has everything. It's beautiful, spacious for our group of 6, fireplace, hot tub, spacious porch and the little creek with a waterfall illuminated at night is the cherry on top

A magical experience

From the moment you walk into this home, you’re immediately wow’d by the beautiful windows and amazing views! We immediately felt spoiled (and at total peace). The beds are super cozy (I’m a bed snob) and, as a big foodie, the kitchen certainly has everything you need! The hosts were extremely responsive with our questions. I wish I could give this more than five stars!

Water Fall Watch

The pictures do not do the house justice. The water fall in the photos also falls short reality. The views from the house were almost unreal. The house was more than expected and was perfect in every way. Overall a 10/10 house and the entire rental process was a breeze.

Unbelievable property

Not even sure where to begin. I thought the pictures in the reviews were amazing, but the pictures don’t even do this property justice. From the minute you walk in you will know you made the right choice. We stayed with another couple for four nights, and I could have never left this property. The view is from the kitchen and the decks of the waterfall and trees are absolutely outstanding. The owners of this property have taken everything into account. We are people who love to cook in the kitchen was appointed with everything you could possibly need. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The property is located perfectly, short drive to Ellijay and a short drive to the Blue Ridge area. I would highly recommend this location and we plan to make another trip as soon as possible.

Family time

I definitely would recommend this place, we were allowed to have as many people stay, it was very comfortable and plenty of room. We had 14 people and we still had plenty of room. The view of outside was beautiful and you had it in every part of the house. We are sold on coming here once a year for a family vacation.
