Beautiful cabin close to water!

We loved this cabin! We brought our kayaks and kayaked the upper TACCOA river and blue ridge lake. You could put in your kayak on the lake 5 min from the cabin! The cabin is so close to many water adventures that we love to do! The cabin itself was one of the cleanest cabins we’ve ever stayed in ❤️ I the drive in was a beautiful curvy country road around blue ridge lake! We will definitely be back for another stay this cabin has everything nearby!,,

Well appointed rental. Host was very accommodating. Location was nice and perfectly suited to my needs. Near hiking trails and lake access. Would definitely rent again.

Great stay

The cabin was exactly like the pictures. Plenty of room and things to do in/around the cabin. Very good location close to food/groceries and outdoor activities.

Great Get Away

Everything was great for our stay. The cabin is very well stocked with cooking items and games. The travel around the lake to the cabin provides a very scenic view. Home is close to some many great spots in town.

Wonderful get away!

We had a fabulous few days away at this lovely cabin. Plenty of room to spread out in the comfortable confines of this property! Definitely a winner for us and would highly recommend it anyone!

The rooms were questionably cleaned. Pillow case was dirty and bathroom shower curtains presentations looked as if they had not been cleaned in months. The suggestion for the pillow cases was to switch them out. The expectation of a get away is not to have to switch out linen or bathe in an area that has not had a thorough cleaning. The kitchen, bathroom and shower are 3 places you want to be cleaned even if the rest of the house falls short.

Relaxing Family Fun

Everything about our trip was amazing and relaxing! We loved the beautiful drive to the cabin, the location, the view and of course, the wonderful hot tub! The cabin was beautifully decorated and we all enjoyed the games! Tic tac toe, horseshoes and corn hole while enjoying the view and the fire pit was a highlight. Definitely would love to come back! Short drive to restaurants and activities.

This is the cutest cabin! So clean and adorable! The “two kitchens” have everything that you need! Hot tub is wonderful! We will certainly be back!!

Amazing cabin!

The whole process was easy. The owners made check in so easy. The cabin is in the perfect location because we love being in the woods. The cabin was so clean and so much to do with indoor and outdoor games. I have severe allergies to fragrances and was so relieved this cabin had no strong smells. So clean though. The cabin is well stocked too. Beds are comfortable and it’s decorated so nice. We will definitely be back!

Weekend in Blue Ridge

We stayed at the Canoeing Bear cabin for a celebration of my wife’s birthday and for Valentines Day. The cabin was perfect! Excellent location near town but feeling super remote. The drive in to the cabin on the forest service road alongside the lake was awesome. The cabin had everything we needed and was really clean. We absolutely loved the backyard with the fire pit and hot tub. Do note that if you are a firebug like myself bring your own firewood. Overall excellent weekend in a perfect environment.
