"We loved our stay at Shore Acres! The property is beautiful and perfect for the kids and dog! The views of the coast were amazing and we took the short walk down to the river many times. The house is old, but very well maintained and updated. That being said, don’t expect everything to look or work perfectly. We appreciated all the linens and kitchen items, and the fun extras like the telescope and pingpong table! We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area. "

"Great cozy place, near a lot in Arcata. Full kitchen, relaxing living room, good bed! Was up hear for a conference, and was only blocks away, so very convenient. We also built in a few days for us, so got to see a lot in the area. "Enjoyed a short stay with my husband and step-son while considering Cal Poly Humboldt as a prospective student. The property is exactly as pictured.
