Beautiful views and well taken care of property. Enjoyed the hot tub especially after skiing at Appalachian which is so convenient to the property and great for little kids to learn to ski at.

amazing viiew is appropriate name!

House was very clean and well stocked do we ate all our meals at the house. we like that. Beds were very comfortable which is so important! The view from the porch was gorgeous in spite if the not very good weather which was the only disappointment. But we would return to this property again- close proximity to things we wanted to do very cozy with a nice fireplace and comfortable seating. The only misleading part was that the property was listed as “pet friendly” but the truth was the dog had to be under 20 lbs! not our dog, and we had specific slly searched pet friendly houses.

Quick getaway

The house was a little older feeling, but clean and nicely maintained. We loved the location! It’s just a few minutes to skiing at App and them it’s proximity to Boone and downtown blowing rock was great!

Winter weekend getaway

Stayed for 3 nights with our daughter and dog and loved the house, great location, comfortable beds. Heat definitely gets warm on main floor! Well equipped kitchen and incredible views. The hot tub was really nice and clean. Suggest bringing your own board games but otherwise house had everything!

Perfect family getaway

Our family, including our adult children, had a wonderful week. Very relaxing environment for lots of movie and game nights. We watched news years Eve fireworks from the deck - they were amazing. 10 min drive to app ski mountain as well as Boone and Blowing Rock. Highly recommend.

Amazing Mountain Weekend Getaway

We had an amazing time. We were skiing, so the VERY close proximity to Appalachian Ski Mountain was great, and we were also able to very easily get into downtown Blowing Rock. The house was clean and as described. The views were incredible! The only thing I will say that is inaccurate on the listing, is the "walking distance" to Appalachian Ski Mountain. They may need to re-word this. There is no walking pathway to the ski resort.

1 Amazing Thanksgiving Stay

My family had 1 amazing stay at “1 Amazing View” over the Thanksgiving holiday! As advertised, the view of the Blue Ridge Mountains was spectacular from the living room and both decks. The cabin layout was perfect, as it allowed space for my husband and me to have a beautiful bedroom suite upstairs, while my daughter and her friend each had a bedroom and separate living room area downstairs. They loved the foosball table and hot tub! Upstairs, the gas log fireplace and large smart tv made for a very cozy, extremely relaxing environment to watch our favorite football matchups! The location is outstanding! 10-15 minutes from downtown Blowing Rock. We went into town several times for dinner and shopping. Very close to Boone, Banner Elk, Beech Mt, and other great spots, as well. Just a fabulous cabin in a beautiful part of the state! We’ll be back!

Great vacation rental!

The property was beautiful and exactly as described. Great proximity to Boone and downtown Blowing Rock. The views from the balcony were amazing as well. Our only small complaint is that the downstairs carpet needs to be cleaned. Either the owners or previous rentals had a pet and the carpet smelled a bit like urine. Otherwise this place is amazing and we’ll definitely be back!

1 Amazing View!

This cabin was well appointed. It had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay for our family of four. The beds and linens were comfortable and the view! The view was amazing! We could see skiers coming down the slope from the kitchen and the wrap around deck. The views of the beautiful mountains and the tiny lights from far away houses dotting the mountains at night, were the icing on the cake. The hot tub was so nice on a cold winter evening. This house is in a nice neighborhood on a looped, walkable street. Good for dog walking. 1 Amazing View was perfect! We would definitely rent this cabin again! Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Perfect family getaway

This home was perfect for our family’s needs. We felt very comfortable and the house had everything we needed to make the perfect mini vacation. My parents enjoyed watching our daughter play in the snow and we spent some time trying to identify the different animal tracks in the snow that were placed overnight. Relaxing and easy

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful location. The home is well maintained, and the rental company well organized. The home is comfortable with outstanding view and everything one needs to escape daily life. Centrally located between Blowing Rock and Boone - we enjoyed all the area had to offer.
