"Room was adequate, the heated towel rail was on the other side of the bedroom wall so the bedroom was uncomfortably hot, even at night - but the wife preferred this. The bed was quite firm and a good size. It was difficult to view the TV screen from the settee on the back wall. Tea (Yorkshire) and coffees were plentiful - not so much biscuits. Full English, plus cereals, juice, toast and tea/coffee refills welcome."

"The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, and there are some areas that are not yet complete and not started yet, with a noticeable paint odor. The room itself was refurbisht clean nacely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the bathroom could benefit from refurbishment as there were several visible "snags" that detracted from its overall appearance.
