Our stay was very relaxing. The property setting is outstanding. The apartment was up to date and all the amenities where outstanding. We enjoyed the covered patio and using the gas grill.

The property was well maintained. Decor gave a luxurious homey feel. We only stayed a few days, but the clothes washer/dryer, closet space, and kitchen amenities would work well for a longer stay. The stairs to gain entry to the property are a bit of a hike, so anyone with a physical disability might have a hard time. It's an easy 15-20 min drive to lots of food and entertainment options. We enjoyed our stay.

We booked this place for us to stay during the total solar eclispe. The place is fantastic! Beautifully well done. The property is stunning and truly relaxing. The hosts are unbelievably hospitable. Our time at this location for the total solar eclispe provided us with one of the BEST days of our lives from sunrise to sunset. We are truly grateful we came across this wonderful home. I don't know if we will ever be back to Indiana but boy do we have a SUPER good impression and if the opportunity rose again, we would stay at this place in a hot minute. Thank you again for everything.

Ronnie is a wonderful host. He greeted my family in the driveway and made us feel very welcome. The cabin is top notch with a first rate kitchen and spacious layout. The surrounding area is quiet rolling countryside. This is a beautiful and safe place to stay when traveling with kids. We will be back.

Listing was as shown. Property owner was very helpful and easily accessible both before and during our stay - it is their residence you’re staying at - a beautiful apartment above the garage. It was our first time boating at Lake Monroe and the owner provided helpful tips about launching the boat and even gave us a boat pass so we didn’t have to pay at the Four Winns Marina where we ultimately decided to put the boat in. We were able to keep our boat at the residence as well which was helpful. Our 13 yr old loved the cat, Earl who he finally saw and played with our final day. It was a highlight. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

Perfect amount of space for relaxing in a peaceful setting. This was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed and had all the amenities of home. The host went out of their way to make us feel welcome and answer any questions we had. Far enough from campus that you can get away but close enough to take advantage of all that downtown Bloomington and the surrounding area has to offer. Quick trip to Nashville and other towns. We will definitely stay again. Thanks!

So much charm in this 1 bedroom space! The wine and chocolate as a gift was such a nice touch! Loved the cabin/farm house decor! I was so comfortable here I slept through the night for the first time in years!

Ronnie’s place is perfect. The amenities are lovely, the location is great, and everything felt fresh and clean. We also enjoyed being able to bring our pup along. We can’t wait to be back!

We spent 5 days celebrating my birthday with our two small dogs at this beautiful cabin. We honestly loved everything about it. We brought all of our groceries and cooked every meal in the beautiful kitchen, drank coffee on the covered patio, and watched a million movies. I highly highly recommend and we will definitely be going back! My one hiccup during the stay was the internet connection on large group zoom calls when I had to check in with my team-- it did lag a little and was a little echo-y but that is why you should not work on your vacation! Stay here! You won't regret it!

We chose this VRBO as a place to relocate and get work done during the pandemic. It was listed as a "cabin" but it actually an above-garage apartment. It is beautifully decorated - and built using charming, quality design. But it's simply not a cabin. You're above the garage, and the owners leave early for work. That means your bed is right over the garage door openers and can hear/feel them through the floor. Also, the wifi is not great and only seems to work reliably in a portion of the apartment. That's may not be important to everyone, but we couldn't ultimately get work done and left early. In fairness, I did not specifically ask about the wifi before we booked. Lesson learned.
