Incredible Property

We came to town to see my Dad after my brother died. We had flight issues that caused us to miss the first night, but we were so incredibly happy with the property. The home is roomy and very beautiful. Will definitely stay there again next time we visit

Wedding weekend

The place is even better then the online photos and description. It is a perfect setting. So well designed for a family gathering. The 350+ year old Burr Oak tree in the backyard is very impressive. Lots of wildlife, including 6 deer that were together grazing on the fallen acorns. We highly recommend this paradise on the edge of the city.

Reunion Stay

The house and property were perfect for my extended family's stay! Beautiful home, high end kitchen, very comfortable accommodations. GREAT communication with the property management when needed. Three things I would update to the listing: 1. Of the two bunk beds, only one of them has a full bed on the bottom. The other three were twin size. 2. The stove is Induction so my large pan I brought to cook large quantities of food don't work but they have PLENTY Of lovely induction safe pots and pans 3. There is a Kitchen Aid Mixer! We needed to do some baking and we brought one with us that we didn't need. Rare to find one in a rental. It is a wonderful home - We plan to stay here again!

This property is fabulous! The pictures don’t do it justice. It is immaculately maintained and very accommodating for our family gathering. We enjoyed gathering on the deck, in the dining room and the kitchen was spacious enough for many cooks! Everyone was impressed!

Little piece of paradise

This home is spectacular! It’s beautifully decorated, fully equipped with everything you need and great space for families. The beds were comfortable & the bunk room was perfect for our grandchildren. The setting & historic tree in the backyard provides a beautiful & peaceful vibe! The kids loved catching fireflies and running around the yard. The Kitchen has everything you need & more! The host responded promptly to all my questions. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our Illinois family ❤️

Stunningly Peaceful Home

Pictures could never capture the beauty and peacefulness of this home. It’s the best place we have ever stayed. We were in town for a funeral and wanted some space to just be together. This property provided all that and more. The tree in the backyard is around 400 years old and it is so impressive. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Spacious kitchen with everything you need. Seating on the back and front porch. The decor is modern and tasteful. All communication was fast and accurate. The only thing you will be upset with at this property is having to leave.

Awesome

Wonderful house. Very spacious. We had 3 partial families of 9 year old girls playing a hockey tournament. Plenty of room for each family to have their own bathroom and bedroom, kids share the huge bunks/lounge area. Wonderfully equipped kitchen. Outdoor grill they had gassed up and ready. Very responsive to needs and questions. We will definitely be back for future tournaments. The tree put back was an amazing piece of history.

Exceptional home!

We had a group of 6 adults for a weekend stay here. Every single detail of the stay was perfection. We cooked, baked, dined, and played games at the dining table. The home is immaculate! Fully equipped, it was pure luxury.

This serene space was a hit for our group

The property has the charm of a farmhouse, but with the amenities of a high end home. It had a great dining and play space, ample bedrooms, and an amazing space to cook and socialize. The outdoor space was the surprise of the trip, however. The enormous tree was something we all sat around for hours. All in all, we loved our time here and will look to book again if we're in the area
