"This is great for a playful day at the lake. Fun activities for lake fun, camp fire, hiking!! There is no mirror. So if you are using to prep for a wedding. This is not the place. Also, we had two couples. There was only one double bed and three twins. I should have paid better attention to the details. It’s quirky but quaint."

"It was very clean, beautiful, and extra comfortable bed/bedding. Everything was provided for a perfect stay. It was secluded, which was great! They even came and plowed the driveway, so I could get out easily. It was exactly what my soul needed. Marcie was very communicative and accommodating. I will definitely stay again... "We had a wonderful stay at Heron’s Nest at Paw Paw Lake Cottages. The cottage was well furnished and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including pots, pans, utensils, and even coffee pods and creamer. It was perfect for two people for a weekend or week-long stay. The multiple AC units were a big plus on hot summer days, and the location was great—just a 5-minute drive from Paw Paw’s main street. We would gladly stay again."

"This house and property are beautiful!! The beds were quite comfortable and the showers are fabulous!! There is definitely enough space in this house to have a very large family get together. My only complaint, and it’s not a big one, is that the furniture ie; couches, chairs both living room and the metal chairs are not comfortable at all. Overall though, myself and my family were extremely happy with our stay. The very open communication with the owners was a huge plus!"

"Marc was the best host I've ever had at a rental home. You can tell how much he enjoys hosting guests and making their stay excellent. He had snacks ready for us, he gave us recommendations of where to go and things to do and gave us clear instructions on how to get to the parking space on the property. The property itself was adorable. It's the kind of place you'd like to stay and hang out on a rainy or snowy day. "
